Everything else was great just no hot water in our room

We had booked and paid for a room for two nights, but we couldn't even stay for one. When we went to the room a while later and wanted to shower, the toilet was clogged and the water was backing up into the bathtub. Their solution was to move us to another room. This room was dirty; there was hair in the bathtub, dirt in the corners, and I don't even think they washed the sheets properly. We went to the lobby to ask for at least a refund for one night so we could find another hotel, but they refused and to this day have never resolved anything. So we went to another very nice hotel, which I will recommend here, for the exact same price. Very clean facilities, a very family-friendly atmosphere, and a safe and clean place.

The plus the AC was nice and cold The Breakfast was decent

The hotel was clean the staff was fairly nice there was a couple of them that were completely rude but nonetheless it was a good hotel and a nice day

Hot tub is broken permanently, sauna is not present, pool was full of dirt and hair. Only saving grace was the breakfast.

I had booked a 3 night stay at this location. I had read reviews and went off of the photos advertised for the listing. I was very disappointed to see the room was in way worse shape than what was advertised in the photos. Room had outdated carpet that was stained and smelled. Photos had advertised hard floors, no carpet. There were stains on bedding, lamp shades, dirty walls. Bathroom floor was dirty and there was an empty soap wrapper left on the bathroom floor that indicated it was not cleaned before arrival. Tub floor was also stained black with a dirty shower mat inside. We ended up only staying one night and checking out first thing the next day. Was very disappointed. We still had to pay for all 3 nights due to not cancelling before 4pm which was the exact time of check in. But I preferred to be out the money then to spend anymore time there. Personally do not recommend.

The staff was friendly The rooms are filthy, smelly, breakfast is gross, pool was always closed, pool had tobacco swimming around in it

Location was not bad Customer service was an issue for a bit

All in all, it was okay, but we decided we won’t be staying here again. Spend a little more for cleanliness and hospitality.

The staff was more than helpful. The location was perfect. The 1st room they tried to put us in was moldy and dead bugs were on the floor. We said no thank you. They put us in another room which was cleaner. Way over priced for the age and condition of the place.

Everything was good, room was clean, breakfast was great, air conditioning was great, staff was friendly

The stay was alright. Nothing terrible but nothing spectacular. I would consider staying in future.

I like the most the breakfast we could make our own waffles but the pool can use improvement and they didn't have hot tub..

They charge you a extra 150.00 dollars when you check in and there pool was ice cold and hot tub was drained and not working the water in the shower took over 10mins to get hot over all it was the worse place we have ever stayed at

The AC did not work properly. The hot tub is not working, and after discussing with other guests it hasn't been working in months. This was a huge reason why we booked this hotel. The pool area was not clean. Dirty floors, very few towels, and mold in several areas in the pool room. Used band-aids were on the floor. We counted three different ones. The pool water itself was murky/cloudy.

Location right on the strip Bed bugs left a day early due to me and my kids getting bit by bed bugs didn’t receive deposit back

Only stayed one nite bed was comfortable. Breakfast was good no complaints. I wasn’t fancy, but it was good place to stay.
