Lots of choices for breakfast, very helpful staff. Room was pretty clean, a few carpet stains, but generally clean. Very reasonable pricing from the hotel directly.
-
Clean great room. Great price. Nice indoor pool. (A little cold) not heated. Nice complimentary breakfast. Will stay here again.
-
Hot tub was permanently closed. Swimming pool was dirty. Staff had no bandaides. We were there for 5 nights. Not once was the bed made

I felt like i was catfished… completely confused and second guessed if I was at the correct location. After investigating… The hot tub has been broken since covid… they refresh the caution tape, so it leaves to to think its temporarily broken? Also the pool water was cloudy and the” glowing blue” water wall behind the pool was covered in rust. I didn’t see the sauna and at this point in time just assumed it didn’t exist… I can’t describe the smell of the rooms… not pleasant. If i only wanted a bed to sleep in for the night, it would have been acceptable. They need to be honest and stop tricking people.

Room smelled bad had to go buy air freshner and chair in room was so bad would not set in it. Pool was cold just not good over all.
-
Do not stay there. The bathroom was dirty and the indoor pool was freezing and dirty.
-
The room smelled very musty when we entered. Bedding felt damp due to humidity in the room. Hair in the shower and portion on shower ceiling was falling in. Not a great experience and would never book again. Just because they are on the main drag doesn't mean they shouldn't try harder.

The first night we got to Branson we emptied the truck out and left for a show so we weren’t in the room long, long enough to know the toilet wasn’t attached to the floor and the cleanliness wasn’t that great . Next day up to eat breakfast then gone again came back late went swimming then to take a shower to find out that it was either scalding hot or freezing cold absolutely no in between , was going to call the front desk but several of the buttons were missing on the phone so walked to the front desk, didn’t seem overly concerned and kind upset I asked for another room wanted the room keys turned over in order to get another room , soooo across the parking lot and all the way down the hill again to pack up throw it all in the bed of the truck (while they finished packing I walked to the desk w the room keys) got the keys to the second room walked back down the hill to get in the truck and drive up the hill to open the door to the room that had beds that were slept in dirty towels piled up …. Now it’s going on midnight …. Walk back to the office for a new room , this time we walk in the smoke alarm is cheeping the tile has dried up coffee spilled on it , but the bathroom is clean and the toilet doesn’t tip when you reach for toilet paper it smelled funny but we were exhausted …I forgot, when I was in the office the first time the person behind me had the same problem w the shower .. We will not be staying there again

The staff were very courteous and nice, however the furniture fabric in the lobby and in the rooms looked dirty as well as the carpets. The door to our room had such a big gap between the door and the frame you could see outside. A microwave in the room would have been nice. Our sink drain was very slow making it hard to even wash your hands without halfway filling up the sink. They ran out of butter for 2 out of four breakfasts we had, some of the food was not warm. The hot tub was out of commission. Someone pulled the fire alarm for the building at 1:30am with no fire, so everyone had to leave their rooms. Overall, not a good 4 day stay. We will not stay at this motel again.

We stayed for two nights and was surprised that the towels had not been changed, the beds were not made, and trash wasn't dumped. In other words, the room received no service between days. The interior door hinges on our room, and the surrounding rooms, were in need of being oiled which disturbed our sleep. The bathroom sink was clogged and drained SO slowly that we had to pace the amount of water we ran before shutting off the faucet. The carpet was so nasty that we didn't walk on it without shoes. The ice machine was a long distance from the room, so we didn't bother to make the hike. I paid Expedia for the room yet was charged $2 per night per room for an unknown fee. The staff at the front desk and breakfast room were very pleasant.

I will never stay in any Quality Inn or Choice Hotels property again. What an awful experience.

We were very pleased with everything.
-
Room was not enough clean ! They need to upgrade everything in there.
-
The room was mostly clean. Not what it should have been for what we paid. It was a pet friendly room and even though I know that previous pet smells probably linger I feel like the room should have smelled better. Floors not super clean, dirt around threshold to the bathroom. Old lotion on the counter from the lotion dispenser on the wall.

Everything else was great just no hot water in our room

We had booked and paid for a room for two nights, but we couldn't even stay for one. When we went to the room a while later and wanted to shower, the toilet was clogged and the water was backing up into the bathtub. Their solution was to move us to another room. This room was dirty; there was hair in the bathtub, dirt in the corners, and I don't even think they washed the sheets properly. We went to the lobby to ask for at least a refund for one night so we could find another hotel, but they refused and to this day have never resolved anything. So we went to another very nice hotel, which I will recommend here, for the exact same price. Very clean facilities, a very family-friendly atmosphere, and a safe and clean place.
