Grand Country Waterpark Resort

Only negative was our room was not ready at check in after driving 9 hours.

You also get pool passes to check out their water slides and other activities but be aware the lifeguards are strict for the water waves. If your child is under 42' and not within arms length be prepared to get a talking too. I probably got in trouble at least 5 times... I understand those are the rules but at times it was just silly.

yes, the room had a dirty ceiling fan, dust hanging off the side of the ceiling fan, the swimming pool outside of the 3 building needs vacummed. Staff was nice and helpful. The breakfast was delicious, and the staff was great.

Lots to do here! Pools were awesome. Food and kids play areas were also good. Good location to get to other attractions in town. Side note: housekeeping was great and so we're the folks at the buffet.

Great stay

Great place to stay! Clean modern room comfortable beds all 13 of us enjoyed four rooms for two nights. Will definitely do again!

Check in process was a bit frustrating but overall experience was great!

Family friendly, clean room

Had the best time with the grandkids, prompt friendly check-in clean comfortable accommodation, amenities during stay very nice, can’t wait for wilderness expansion completion!

Check-In was a cluster, so many people checking in the process took forever. No shower hooks to hang your towel. Mini fridge was TINY. The waterpark was fun and lots to do, but again, the cleanliness was disappointing. HOWEVER.. The bunk beds were a huge hit with the kids! The TV provided in the bunk area felt like the kids had their own space. Hoping things improve so that we can come back!

Everything was good could have elevator for visitors overall recommend

Place was clean, smelled good, fresh towels, beds made everyday, a lot to do just on their property alone, from swimming, mini golf, food, theater, the list goes on. We were very happy with our stay and will stay again in the future.

Great place for family! Kids had a blast at the water park and arcade.

Was good but they didn't help me with changing rooms as I had requested for ground level near waterpark

We booked ahead and it had said we would get the whole package as far the pizzas with the room, mini golf , go carts a show etc but none of that was included because we live out of state and booked online we did not get any of the package, which we had to pay extra after paying about 800 for the room but I was so confused because it said we would get the whole package with the Grand hotel resort water park stay and we did not because I was told I got the room online . So I feel like my kids missed out on some fun things that were supposed to be included and was not . I had a blast in brans on missouri itself we all did . I as a mom don't get out much and have never taken a trip like this before and to be told after getting a room online we would get all the things that came with the 800 room and did not was disappointing . Anyways thanks for the trip.

The food at the Buffet was delicious and the staff was friendly and helpful.
