Grand Country Waterpark Resort

The workers at the waterpark are a little rude and more strict than any other resort I’ve been to. My husband and daughter went on the slides multiple times then when they were going on the last one before leaving they were screamed at to take their necklaces off. But overall would stay again

Very outdated for the price you pay. Kids enjoyed the water park. The Grand Country buffet was ok. We had dinner and found a long hair and lost our appetite. The pizza buffet was better and the employees were great making sure everything was fresh! Many game choices in the arcade! (would like more girl prizes), but the bumper cars are NOT worth it at all. Very big cars in a very tiny spot making it hard it move around at all. Candy shop was excellent! Tried to take advantage of the indoor pool as everything else closes at 8pm, but the first night there was a man who was pacing the inside (probably substance impaired) making it unsafe for me and my children and the 2nd night it was very crowded (not very big especially the hot tub). The outdoor pools were a nice option, but I was being ate alive by bugs trying to watch my kids swim. Overall, Branson was a fun experience. I expected everything to be pricey, but was a little let down by Grand Country.

Everyone should go at least once

Our room was super clean and fresh! Staff were friendly. The waterpark is awesome! My daughter enjoyed celebrating her 2nd birthday here. I highly recommend!

Great place

Room was very clean, I was surprised based on previous reviews I've read. Waterpark was great, however, the wave pool lifeguard was absolutely awful. She GRABBED my 4 year old because he was not within arm's reach of me- I was close, probably within 4-5 feet. Told her to calm down, she ran her mouth. Then I looked up while I was in the pool and she was running her mouth to other guests about me, THEN starts pointing at me and making hand signals at me. Absolutely awful. The manager I spoke with did not take me seriously, so I asked another lifeguard who pointed me in the right direction. Another lifeguard saw what had happened and made sure to tell me who to speak with. The rest of the staff were ABSOLUTELY wonderful. So kind and helpful. But someone needs to take care of that woman. She does not need to work here around people.

The indoor waterpark was WONDERFUL!! Our kids - ages 8 & 11 LOVED IT!!

Really.good stay, nice water park and buffet.

The pool was a disappointment. The beds in our room were hard and uncomfortable and not resort quality.

Muy lindo me encantó

We really enjoyed our stay at Grand Country Resort! Our two kids (ages 9 and 13) were thrilled with the indoor water park, outdoor pool, go karts, laser tag, miniature golf and candy shop. The breakfast buffet was great and the staff couldn’t have been nicer. The room and facilities were spotlessly clean. The maid service came daily and were generous with extra towels.

Breakfast was very good. Staff was a little friendly. Pool was fun & clean. Housekeeping was slacking and only half cleaned our room once within a 4 day stay

Front desk staff at check in were friendly, over all it’s a decent hotel, rooms remind me of motels but updated, I won’t recommend for people on the spectrum, indoor and outdoor water park are very crowded and overwhelming, the arcade was very out dated majority of the machines were out of order not worth it.

Only negative was our room was not ready at check in after driving 9 hours.
