Grand Country Waterpark Resort

We just stayed here the week of the 4th and it was an awesome resort! We loved it!

About every 3 years we return to Grand Country. A lot to do in Branson but there is SO MUCH to do just at Grand country. 10 out of 10!

It was an amazing place to stay. The water park was great, and there were plenty of other things for kids to play with and enjoy

My family and I like to eat at local buffets of all cuisines. And I have witnessed the rest rooms of many restaurants. As many people go through the Grand Country Restaurant this facility has the cleanest rest rooms and great dining fare. In addition the bedrooms and bathrooms in their facilities are exceptionally clean. I am retired Sanitation Manager of Fortune 500 Food Manufacturing Company so I notice how employees handle foods, how facilities supervisors and employees manage cleanliness especially the amount of families that will go through this Family Resort I was extremely impressed with the employees and staff

Do NOT stay there especially if you have a special needs child. Some of the waterpark staff are absolutely the rudest humans I’ve ever met, they hate autistic children, argue with parents, we only went once and we stayed a week. I wish I would’ve stayed at the château again. We had brown recluses and bugs in our room. It was a miserable time, we just tried to stay gone most of the trip. $1600 down the drain.

We had a great stay. A couple minor issues that were quickly resolved by the staff

We took our granddaughter on a little weekend get away. She had a ball with the Waterpark and fun spot.

The room seemed clean. But once you took your shoes off your feet would stick to the sticky floor. The buffet was so horrible. It looks like there is a lot of selections but its the same on both sides of the buffet. no one in the group liked any of the food. We had reservations to stay for a whole week and were done being there by day 3. We did have a family emergency though and had to leave a day early to head home 5 hours away and at checkout at grand country they were rude rude and said well you didn't book with us so you have to call the place you booked with to get a refund for the last day. So on the way home i called who i booked with and they stated i needed to talk to Grand Country resort. So she sent a message to them asking for a refund for the last day and haven't heard from them. So got pushed off from both of them and haven't heard anything since. Still waiting but feel I'm waiting on nothing. Also my two sons who were in the opposite bed as us have little bumps on their bodies after sleeping there. I'm really hoping its not bed bugs.

It was family friendly and nice to have all the different things available on the property. The water park was great, the weather was a bit chilly so we could not use the outdoor pools so much but it was nice to see the different options available. Easy access to the different places to visit in branson. I would recommend it. Breakfast was good, lots of choices and great staff.

The check in process was easy and my room was clean on arrival. The resort itself is wonderful if traveling with children. The amenities on campus we easy options for a quick activity to burn some energy. I loved that the water park is included with purchase of a room, despite all the other amenities requiring payment at time of service. I feel like I got a good value for the money I spent on the room. The buffet had a lot of options, but breakfast was by far my favorite meal to eat there. The putt putt courses we fun yet challenging. The nightly party at the arcade was a fun bed-time routine destroyer, offering a free slice of cake and popcorn for a late night treat. And the location of the property allows for easy access to anything in Branson. I will be staying here again in the future.

The rooms were nice and the whole facility was very family friendly. Staff were very helpful and we had tons of fun with so much to do! Would stay again!

The cleanest rooms and we love the bunk bed hideouts for our daughter. She had her best vacation “ever!!!” Thanks for having us!

Everything here was extremely nice. My only issue was that most of the staff don’t speak fluent English. When I asked a simple question, “what time is it?” atleast 3 staff (waterpark) didn’t understand …

Great location, close to most attractions. Rooms are a bit small. Room service is great. Extra charge for the rooms close to the water park isn't worth it. Their buffet (paid separately) is one of the best in the town.

Last day, I freaked out I saw a cockroach. I hurried and sprayed all our belongings and left everything outside at hime until I could wash it. Easy access to everything on the strip. The pool is cool. My kids loved it.

The beds were very comfortable and the club house was great for the children. What I didn’t like is that the parking and entrances to the rooms. You had to park and walk way to your room. We were on the end and instead of a walkway to the parking lot there we had to walk all the way to the other end to get in and out of the room and car, and being handicapped that was along way.

Great location ! Staff was friendly kids had blast at the waterpark. Would stay again.
