Holiday Inn Club Vacations Holiday Hills Resort Branson by IHG

The resort did very well on accommodating us. We had specific amenities that were wanting and they made sure to make it right.

The condo was nice and clean Didn't realize it was so far from the strip and activity. Also too much driving to get to places

Friendly staff and clean rooms Property wasn’t gated, but it still was safe. Also no washer dryer unit in room.

I enjoyed the one bedroom Villa! It was actually quite nice and the room design was gorgeous! The patio was a good focal area for us to hangout, laugh, and play board games which was really nice as well! I hated the security gates and not having codes to get through them. In order to get to the front desk you have to drive all around the resort just to get to the activities and front desk because of the security gates that stay locked and they don’t have access to give you codes for them. It was kind of inconvenient. The staff at the front were also kind of rude. When asked questions or recommendations they seemed like they did not want to be there and were unfriendly to interact with.

I did not like the fact that I was fast talked and pressured into doing a tour that I was charged $50 to attend which was never mentioned to me. After constant refusal and constant pressure I just gave in so that I could go. I ended up not going because I didn’t want to go and was still charged and was not pleased at all.

Beautiful property and they were so sweet to me! Nothing - it and the staff were amazing!! The staff LOVES THE PROPERTY AND THEY MADE ME LOVE IT EVEN MORE!!!

Amazing beautiful property in the staff took care of me so well! I was traveling alone, but they answered all my questions and made me feel so safe! So safe that I returned again. Nothing - amazing

Off season visit.

Spacious rooms, clean One day, the pool was closed which was out of their control.

Some of the staff was rude

I loved the privacy and comfort. The cleanliness could have been better. There was a mound of dust on and under the tv stands as well as shelves. We were also bitten quite a bit by something (not bed bugs.)

Nothing They don’t tell u the unit is miles away from the pool and arcade, u literally have to pack up the vehicle with kids to drive to the pool and then be told the pool is down for maintenance

We are so very grateful for holiday Inn club vacation, it is clean, beautiful and we feel safe. I

Its a good location and very nice! The staff was rude. I had to go back to the office multiple times at 11 pm to get my door unlocked. The staff acted like i was a bother instead of a paying guest. I was doubled charged for my room! Will not book with them again
