The Townhouses

They should call them hotel rooms not townhouses its decieving.

I did not stay in them upgraded to a one bedroom apartment it was good. They should call them hotel rooms not townhouses its decieving.

The staff were friendly. However, At check-in my parking pass was not given to me so we received three calls about it at 7:30 the next morning. The condo looks just like the pictures and was roomy for my large family, but was a little dated. The carpet throughout was old and stained and the stove burners in the kitchen were hard to use because they were bent up. They didn’t provide simple kitchen utensils like pancake turners and they only had a few pans and one sheet pan, which made cooking a bit of a hassle. They didn’t provide dish soap we had to get our own, and they didn’t have extra trash bags available. We have a large family, so that would have been helpful as all of the trash cans were very full when we left. Also, although the rooms were clean at a glance, there were cobwebs and spiders everywhere (some dead, some alive). I recommend that they get their property sprayed by pest control. When we first walked in, we killed 5 spiders within the first 10 minutes. On day two of our stay, I found two more spiders in the laundry area and another bug came crawling in as we were sitting in the living room area. In addition to that, when I went to use a towel from the bathroom downstairs, there was a bug inside of it. Lastly, the shower in the main room had mold inside of it.

Service was nice. During the stay have to call maintenance couple times due to kitchen pipe was leaking and the bed frame was broken but they are there right the way to fix the problem. Overall staff was nice and service is good.

Beds were good. Location was good. They called daily harassing us about a timeshare presentation. There was no indication when I initially booked that this would be the case. The living room furniture in the place was pretty cheap and uncomfortable. Place was generally run down. Walls were very thin. The room next to us was smoking weed and we could smell it. The outdoor pool was closed in the middle of summer. I wouldnt recommend anyone stay at a property owned by this company because of their obnoxious business practices. Nobody wants to be called daily about a timeshare. It was bad enough that they wouldnt even give me a parking pass without trying to sign me up for their presentation.

Everything went good my only complaint is the 1 BR townhouse was a lot smaller than it looked in the pictures. If you looking for peace and quiet with few people the townhouses are for you! A pricey but it was the holiday weekend so understandable and they also offered a gift card if you attended a 2 hour class but couldn’t make it.

time to stay at the Townhouses. We loved it; plenty of room for everyone. We will be staying here again! It's always nice to have the kitchen and laundry if needed. Everything was extremely clean.
