Helpful staff, clean room, exactly what we needed for the night.

It was a very good experience overall for a one night stay. Clean room, comfortable bed, quiet surroundings. Staff very helpful!

The location was great. The beds were comfortable. The staff was very pleasant and helpful Bathroom was small and the towel rack in the bathroom was not secured to the wall. The refrigerator did not fit correctly so it tipped when you opened it. There was a slight dirty smell from the carpet.

It is convenient to I-91 and the downtown restaurants as well. We will recommend it to anybody traveling to the area.

They advised us on where to dine, at the Marina and it was spot on amazing. We had breakfast at The Porch in the morning and the lovely girl even called to make sure they were open before we drove there. We had amazing food there as well.

We stayed in Brattleboro, VT while on our motorcycle trip. The Black Mountain Inn was awesome! Safe off the road parking, a clean room and comfortable bed were some of the highlights. Plenty of hot water, and grab and go breakfast made fir a great wake up in the morning. Very helpful staff told us about the local restaurants and bars. We will stay there again when in that area.

They have the nicest, helpful staff who made good suggestions for my trip. Carpet was dark and dated in this older hotel, but the the rest was refreshed.

There was trash under the bed sticking out of the edge, the light fixtures were incredibly dusty, and the bathroom didn’t look crazy clean. We came in at 10 PM and left at 8 AM. It was fine, but I wouldn’t choose to stay there for any sort of extended trip.

Really appreciate the clean & dog friendly room. The pool was beautiful, wish we were there long enough to use it! The grab & go breakfast had pop tarts, yogurt, & basic fruit. Wish they had bagels & cream cheese or something more filling & less sugary.

Based on the damp and dusty surfaces and bad smell in the room I decided to avoid any food provided. The room air conditioner was set at 62 degrees. FREEZING. The surfaces and window area were dirty and filmed w water and dust because it was freezing cold inside and hot and humid outside. The room smelled of cat urine. The back window looked over a residence, containers, and run down apartments with many cats and skunks milling around. The odor in the room became more pronounced when we were able to warm it up to a habitable temperature. Overall just a dirty, smelly room. The bed was comfortable and the sheets and towels were clean. Also swarming flies in the room.
