Everything clean, pool beautiful, all staff extremely pleasant and helpful, location perfect and near all conveniences!!! I’ve stayed here several times and I absolutely love it!!!

Super nice staff, made sure my two-night stay was pleasant, which it was. Honestly, not much. The Taj Mahal it’s not, but it’s not billed to be. The room was clean and quiet, and the only suggestion I would make would be to add fabric softener to the towels. Otherwise, I will be happy to stay there again.

The pool was not available and that was why we chose the spot. Guests in the room next door talked loudly until midnight…

The customer service alone here makes me want to stay here time and time again! Every single staff member I dealt with at the front desk and on the phone was so kind and extremely pleasant to deal with. As a solo traveler, this also gave me a feeling of safety which I truly appreciate. The rooms may be slightly outdated, but was clean and comfortable for a one night stay. The mattress was a bit softer than I prefer, but the A/C ran great and I slept like a baby all night with zero disturbance. Would definitely stay at Black Mountain Inn again if I'm in the area.

Nothing Nothing

Convenient and friendly knowledgeable staff.

The room included nice amenities like an iron and ironing board, extra hangers, desk and sitting area. The bed was comfortable. It's an older hotel--not the fanciest--but it was clean.

It was just a little more worn than the pictures showed. The lobby didn’t open for breakfast on time. Overall it was clean but the beds weren’t very good quality. The beds

For me, I enjoy the whole experience. From check in to checkout, the people are pleasant, the rooms have been consistently clean and I have felt welcomed with open arms at my second stay here.

Super helpful staff.

It’s pretty typical budget motel. Convenient location near downtown Brattleboro. The afternoon/evening desk manager was super pleasant and helpful. Personally, I don’t love the foam mattresses, but I’m guessing they’re fairly new because I didn’t feel sagging spots.

Staff were fantastic and friendly. Room was clean and quiet.

Convenient. Have stayed there in the past. Needs a major facelift on the outside and in. Very outdated and old with some things in the room not in good shape. Wallpaper peeling and so on.
