The hotel itself is very nice and clean but in our room the sheets had a stain. You would think someone would ohave noticed it -- like the staff cleaning the room. Otherwise the staff was nice and the stay was good.

Upon arrival after a long day of driving our room wasn’t ready. Check in is at 3:00pm we didn’t arrive until 5:00 pm. Not ideal waiting for a room. Location was good though and it was quiet.

The stay was OK, despite the constant noise that we encountered by being very near the elevator, ice machine, pay washer/dryer. The staff, while being cordial, is completely unaware of the inconveniences this had caused. They offered us to change rooms at the most inoperative time towards the latter part of our stay but this was just too late. This lack of empathy leaves something to be desired. Shame on you.

Such a great place to stay at... The staff always go above and beyond to accommodate all guests. Absolutely our favorite place to stay when we are in the area... The selection of food for breakfast is so nice and the pool is indoors which is a bonus.. The fire pit is enjoyable in the evenings. Can not say enough great things so check it out for yourself - You won't be disappointed
