This was a huge bad place there is bugs all around there's bugs in the beds etc terrible and then they charge me an extra $20 when he said we could stay an extra half hour to pack our stuff not good this place needs someone to go look at because you cannot have bugs in people's room

It's okay for the price. The sheets and bed and floor were clean, but the whole place feels run down. The bathtub was stained. The sink drain closer was broken. The breakfast is minimal, one of the worst I have ever encountered, and they oddly kept the breakfast room unlabeled and locked. Again, it's okay for the price, but if you are at all picky you may be unhappy.

The room was dirty with cracker crumbs on the bathroom floor. There was a very odd odor everywhere and it is extremely outdated.

Don’t stay here! Drugs being used in parking lot. Pictures do not look like the “hotel” at all! Tiled floors in room..? Dirty everything. Checked in and out in less than 30 minutes!

The staff were helpful and very nice. Never ignorant. We liked that. We didn't like it that there was less in the breakfast room than last year, considering we paid $10 extra per person for 4 people, and that they had to unlock the door to let guests in. They also didn't get rid of the trash in the cans or change bags. No fresh towels in the bathroom after two being used. They also didn't change linens and make the beds while we were out for the day. Some staff were talking out loud in the hallway real early in the morning while I was sleeping, and they woke me up.

Bathroom door did not close, stayed open a foot. Problem with toilet. Room had been smoked in. Covered Bridge did offer to get us a room at a nearby hotel. We stayed there before and did not like it. Too much wrong to stay whole time. We left and stayed at another hotel.

Check-in was fast.

They said it was a non-smoking property, but the whole property smelled like smoke. Our room only had a half a window, so with only a screen on half we could hear all the outside noise.
-
Dirty, old, poor parking, DARK rooms - no lighting other than 2 small lamps. No elevator and not secure (with a great deal of "questionable" individuals in parking lot.
-
The staff is so helpful and kind. There are sketchy people out there but overall the stay we are safe and we were able to sleep and rest.

Nothing Hotel was dirty. Roaches everywhere. People fighting and yelling in the hotel. Toilet didn't work. Lots of people in the parking lot openly doing drugs and drinking. Had a guest tell me we might get stabbed and the hotel is dangerous and we should leave immediately so we did. Shouldn't even be listed on Booking as a hotel.

Très bon prix

The " air fresheners" in the halls are way too strong smelling.
-
Yes, the breakfast was poor. Cereal and bagels were available but there was no milk, butter or cream cheese. The breakfast room was locked and we had to get someone to unlock it for us. I suggest that the hotel not advertise breakfast.
-
The room smelled, my key didn't work so I got moved to another room, "breakfast" was pitiful. Just a horrible stay

Absolutely nothing. This property is not safe! Wreaked of cigarettes and pot, people screaming at each other outside and cops had to break it up. The rooms were disgusting - shower & sink were disgusting, office chair arms were fully duct taped, massive cobwebs hanging from the ceiling. No manager on site during arrival. We decided to leave immediately and was told that this is a halfway house and long term stay option.

close enough to town staff was rude, people staying there stomped up/down the hall and stairs. hotel is non smoking but the aroma of marjuana was very prominant inside in the hallways. prompting me to quickly go in/out, as i am allergic to marijuana. under the bed and inside the dresser drawers were filthy. the tub drain would not plug up for a bath.

Druggies in the parking lot, smelly and dirty, very worn... we left without a refund

It was pretty much a halfway house. Dirty, freaked of cigarettes, bathrooms were gross. Did not feel safe here with my family See above
