Other than the night paving project taking place outside the hotel, the stay was okay. The hotel is not responsible for the timing of the project, but it might be mindful to assign rooms furthest from the main drag.

I loved the updated accommodations and friendly staff. I just wish I’d be surprised by something other than highly processed food for breakfast. It’s the new norm unfortunately.

Clean and professionally-run hotel - would stay again.

I was incredibly impressed by the cleanliness of this hotel. I was pleased to find that it had a full pool. However, I did not find the pool listed on the Booking.com listing as one of the featured facilities before we went and didn't pack my bathing suit. Perhaps you could verify the listing and edit the list. When we arrived, the room we were assigned had only one queen bed, even though I had specified that we needed accommodation for three adults. The Desk Manager quickly arranged to move us to a suitable room at no charge, but did say that the mix-up occurred on Booking.com's end. When I called, your agent explained that it's always a good idea to check the room's floor plan when I make the booking to avoid such a misunderstanding in the future.

Checked in late and had a friendly and efficient welcome. Just a brief stay for us but it was an excellent experience. Hotel is well situated just a little bit off the highway, good available parking and a nice and clean pool and hot tub in the morning. A nice and hot if basic breakfast. The staff was uniformly helpful and pleasant. Will definitely stay here again.

The staff was very friendly.

This is the best option in the area and we are big fans of the Hilton family of hotels (we stay there exclusively when this is an option). Everything was as expected for a Hampton Inn, including the workout room, layout of the room, and amenities. Five stars for pillows, hot water, and lack of noise. It was really hard getting an early check in, much harder than one would expect given the occupancy. We did end up getting it in plenty of time, which we appreciated. (It seemed like there were challenges with staffing.) We enjoyed our stay and would stay there again.

This property was clean and worked for us. I was surprised that the front desk staff didn't know if the hot tub and pool were open without having to look into it and get back with me. The breakfast could have been better.
