The room was clean and comfortable. It's an older motel, but it's a fair price for an overnight stay in a convenient location for shopping/eating in Brenham. The room was dark for sleeping, and quiet...which is a real plus. Management was awesome and helpful so absolutely no complaints. No pool and for one night, no laundry required.

Friendly owners, clean, and great location. It does not have a swimming pool if that’s something you’re looking for.

Everything was clean and adequate

Disappointing

Needed the washer and dryer. Only the washer worked dryer was out of commission and the washer only took quarters and the front desk didn’t have any quarters. Other than that, everything was great.

Very quite..good part of town..just stayed with 2 boys and never felt uncomfortable at all..HIGHLY RECOMMEND for the price

Room was clean and the neighborhood quiet. Loved having an actual fridge and freezer for our tournament weekend.

The room was clean, bedding was very comfortable, cold a/c. Perfect for a night stay in brenham

First impressions it is a very small older complex but I was impressed with how quiet it was even in evenings which is a huge plus for me. The room overall while very dated was very clean except for some small stains on bedding. Doors need to weatherstripping for sure to block light and mosquitos. The only major complaint was upon arrival the unit was not on at all and the room was reading 90 degrees. We wouldn’t even handle being in the room, we left for a few hours. Now I will say the AC worked very well and cooled the room off perfectly- noisy but worked well but phew, the units seriously need turned on for rooms checking in. Overall if you need a very basic, cheap and clean place to crash for a night or two it’s good.

Do be aware that this hotel is very basic, so don't expect a lot of extras. There is no pool, no workout room, no guest laundry facilities, no conference rooms, and the free breakfast is minimal. The building itself is the older "motel style" construction with the rooms opening directly to the outside rather than onto an inside corridor. The rooms do include a microwave and mini fridge, an iron and ironing board, and a hair dryer. If you want a luxury experience with upscale amenities, keep looking. If, however, you just need a clean, quiet room to sleep at night, this is it.

Dated but spotless, comfortable bed and well maintained. Close to downtown. Would definitely stay there again.

lay out and value was good shower curtain had mold on it and the curtain rail had rust and mold and the sheets were cleaned but stained

The owner was even worse than the room. She was rude, hostile, and completely unprofessional. She monitored guests on the security cameras and treated Black guests, especially families with children, with disrespect. Some staff members were polite, but the owner's behavior ruined the entire experience. I would never stay here again and would strongly recommend others avoid this hotel.

Nice, clean room and friendly staff, and I was able to park directly in front of my room. Would definitely stay again and recommend to friends.

Property is an older old fashioned motel, but quiet, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was basic, but ok. Convenient to the town of Brenham.
