Pool and hot tub were deciding factors for our reservation and they definitely met the mark! Requested rooms close to each other and our rooms had an adjoining door which was great!

Sam and Megan at the front desk were so kind! They made our kids feel so special and were so helpful. The beds were comfortable and everything was clean!

The spacious room, the walk in shower, the comfortable bed. I could have stayed a lot longer if we had the time. The dining room area , the tables were dirty, there was a small selection of food to eat. The gentleman who was taking care of things acted like he really didn't care about the guest or the appearance of the dining room

Morning attendant for breakfast not dressed well for that job. Our pillows were just thrown on the bed. Didn't look nicely made.

Easy booking Rooms were not accurate, pic's that are shown are not accurate to what they have, if I'd known that driving 10 hours to get there I'd went somewhere else

Location was nice The hot tub didn’t work( it was cold) and the chlorine was way to high in the pool area. This was for my daughter’s 16th birthday so the hot tub was the reason I booked this hotel so we were sadly disappointed that our girls trip couldn’t end with relaxing in the hot tub.

Hot tub was out of order and the staff did not tell us upon check in. The hot tub was the reason we chose the hotel. Everything else was good. Did not utilize breakfast.

Had to switch rooms upon arrival due to the shower having hair and some sort of smear, as well a strong odor of men’s cologne. Next room was cleaner however the air conditioning unit under the window rattled so loudly no one got any rest. Also, the tv is placed so the only way you could watch it was if you were sitting on sofa which no one wants to do. The morning breakfast was average, however the hot items were not restocked promptly so several guests didn’t get to have any and no staff were around to ask. We chose this hotel over another one because of the pool, however there was apparently a travel ball team staying so when we tried to go down to get in the pool there were about a dozen kids plus parents running and jumping so we didn’t stay. For the price I expected a little better.

All staff were friendly and breakfast was hot Waffle had a strong taste to it, but other than that no.

I was sexuslly harassed by your employee that worked the front desk. I want a full refund along with vouchers to stay for free. My card wasn't supposed to be charged due to the "misunderstanding " but it was. I have tried to contact the manager but no response back. I am very upset over this situation I am thinking about getting attorney.
