I love that we could get our own personal spa tub. I also love that they had an indoor pool with a hot tub. I loved everything about the stay at first. Staff was amazing!!! we enjoyed our first day there so much that we decided to stay an extra day. But I use the bathroom in the middle of the night on our second night and I saw 2 cockroaches. Such a shame too because we were really enjoying ourselves and it really kind of put a bad ending to a great beginning.

It was okey. for the money I expected more maybe updated furniture, more of an efficiency area with larger refrigerator, stove, dishes. Couch was not comfortable. The staff were very helpful and courteous. Breakfast was fine a fair assortments of breakfast foods did enjoy the nice outside area with the chairs and picnic tables.

Everything was great but the room was musty. The front desk staff were very helpful and let us move to another room, but it was the same. The rooms were clean and well-cared for, but the mustiness was not good for my allergies. If not for that, I would give it 5 stars.

Location, friendly staff. Comfortable beds. Breakfast was very good. Only one elevator—lots of waiting during peak periods especially. Limited maid service.

Breakfast was good. The man shutting down breakfast was kind of rude and offputting. A couple of kids came in a couple of minutes before breakfast ended and asked if they coulg make waffles and were told no. hot tub was closed down and the pool water was lime green. This was my 3rd stay at this hotel and hot tub is always out of service. Bonus this visit found a used electric hair trimmer under the edge of the bed. Pretty sure this was my last visit.
