Location No bathroom soap

The check-in was easy and they were very accommodating. The room was clean and well-stocked. We have not stayed at many Marriotts, so I am unsure if this is standard, but the position of the bed faced away from the bathroom, so having a nightlight on in the bathroom does not disrupt sleep, which was a definite PLUS. And, just when my husband was worried he would not be able to see the TV, the TV is on a pull-out-and-swivel shelf, so the TV is viewable from anywhere in the room. PLUS PLUS. The only negative we encountered, was the Starbucks on premise was not fully stocked with the typical pastries and breakfast options. The barista told me they were waiting on a shipment, so we just picked a bad time to be there. Bonus: within walking distance, there is a TGIFridays, Ihop, and Sheetz gas station. Overall, a very positive experience.

I was to have a handicap accessible room. It was not, and we were placed on the third floor. I'm in a wheelchair and, if there was an emergency exit and the elevator was not accessible, it would have been very difficult for me to exit.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Pool was a bit small but the kids still had a great time!

Maid left our door open, we had items taken and have had zero follow up from the hotel nearly 4 days later. When reported to the front desk staff, she was rude and unhelpful- seemed to care O%. I have had to email and call corporate to even find out what the policy is for this. Terrible customer service from the front desk- had she handled things better and shown any concern for over 2k in missing property, I’d not have been as mad. We stay Mariotts all the time and this hotel was poorly maintained, the bed was the worst I’ve ever laid on plus the staff clearly are poorly managed- do not recommend.

Off from the interstate and decent size room. No coffee stations for customers and no continental breakfast.

Issues with wifi so no internet available and they could not get key cards done properly. I had to be let in and pick up key cards the next day. The ice machine did not work. When I needed staff I had to search the lobby to find someone although staff was great once found.

Everything - internet was done for the weekend which sucked bc I couldn’t work at the hotel like I had planned. Room fridge went out in middle of night all my food spoiled.Hotel is run down and definitely not Marriott quality. This hotel is 2-Star at best

We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The hotel was great. Location was so convenient. The breakfast was delicious. Our room was very spacious and clean. All staff were so nice and helpful. Thank you for making our stay nice.
