They do not have anyone bring towels or clean rooms except every three days. Pool is so warm and strong with chemicals its not enjoyable. Breakfast was great, different each day and options. Required rooms close with family staying months before coming and had us on separate floors. I will be looking at other options for our next trip.

But I would like to say that the housekeepers were absolutely wonderful, cleaning crew friendly and thorough. Also the front desk personnel were more than helpful and went out of their way to make our stay memorable.

pretty easy. Our room had to see better days. The mattress had stains on it, the ceiling looks like something exploded on it and walls looked like they were in the middle of taking down wall paper. The bathtube/shower had rust. The beds were somewhat comfortable.

Hotel was ok, not very clean, room was kinda dirty. Tub had rust and chipping paint in it. Carpets felt sticky. Swimming pool was kinda green looking. Breakfast looked good but we didn’t eat it. Lady at the front desk the day we checked in was super nice.

We were given Room 214, which honestly should not have been rented out. The room was filthy and appeared as though it had not been properly cleaned in quite some time. There was visible mold, and the entire bathroom was covered in rust. The condition of the room was unacceptable. The towels looked stained to the point that we felt uncomfortable using them, so we ended up going to our vehicle and getting our own. The heating and air conditioning unit was extremely loud, barely worked, and appeared to be falling off the wall. When I brought these issues to the attention of the front desk, I was told I would receive a refund. I later reached out to the manager, who was supposed to follow up with me, but I never heard back. The lack of communication and customer service was just as disappointing as the condition of the room. It was also concerning to hear that staff members are being stretched so thin that the person cooking is also mowing the grass, and only one person is responsible for cleaning the entire property. While I feel for the employees, it clearly shows in the condition and upkeep of the hotel. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience. The room was unsanitary, maintenance issues were ignored, and management failed to follow through on promises made to resolve the situation. I would not stay here again.

the price was right and the bed comfortable.the room was clean,smelled nice we had 6;45 Dr app, didnt have time to reheat the gravy. there could have been eggs or meat. needed comfortable seating . two people 1 chair.as older adults, the directions to the hotel was not clear. after driving for 25 minutes, we ask a neighbor how to find the hotel

The room was very clean and the staff were amazing! They provided anything needed and were very professional.

The lobby area was nice. Pool was nice. Staff was mostly incredibly nice and helpful. Rooms were ok at best. Not very clean. Bathroom wasn’t clean either. There were no spare blankets or pillows.
