Place was ok. A little noisy above us at night and early in the morning. Eggs and sausages were cold at breakfast. Ok for one night.

Myself and my team of 3 were at this location for a week and none of our rooms were cleaned. We would request them to be cleaned, were told we would be put on a list. Then all that would happen, we would get fresh towels. One of those times they just left the towels in a clear plastic bag outside of the rooms. I had to request twice to have the body wash and shampoo refilled in my room.

This hotel needs remodeled!! It's in such poor shape! The breakfast food was horrible. It use to be so good! I will say say Jackie, Ashley and Jessica was wonderful!! Great staff! The 2nd shift lady (Sherry) was so rude! She definitely dont need to be in this line of work!

The hotel that had such a high 8.2 rating seemed very run down. Furniture, toilet and beds were rough looking, showing a lot of wear and tear. Room was not very clean; found beer bottle caps in the chair.

The desk clerk was very friendly at check in. Hotel looked nice. We got our room key and went upstairs to discover an unpleasant musky odor and about 3 feet of carpet around the air conditioner was soaking wet. Back to the front desk where he apologized and switched us rooms. Honestly, the second room was even worse, minus the odor. The floor was soaking wet, the wallpaper had come loose and was stapled to the wall. It was late, so we stayed for the night and left. Location was great, just the air conditioning drainage problem and resulting issues needs fixed immediately.

It's just ok. It's clean, enough. It isn't outright dirty. But it's old. It's got mold along the ceiling. The shower curtains have pink mold. The carpets are stained. It smells like cigarettes and wet. It's nothing to write home about. I feel sure you could find better accommodations.

This property is definitely showing its age. Many of the areas appeared dirty, areas with peeling paint and torn carpet. My first room had soaking wet carpet from the air conditioner that had been running before I injured the room. The clerk was helpful and switched me to another room, but unfortunately it smelled like mildew, had rust around the door frame and in the shower, shower curtain appeared dirty. The refrigerator had an extension cord running to a separate receptacle and was smaller than the initial room I was giving. The bedside table was missing from the room. I have stayed at this property multiple times in the past but do not remember it being in such poor condition.

Everything about our stay was great, but the highlight was the exceptional customer service at check-in. The front desk gentleman went above and beyond, helping guests who needed translation while treating everyone with kindness, patience, and respect. He stayed calm, understanding, and made sure everyone was taken care of. Employees like him truly make a difference, and I wanted to make sure he gets the credit he deserves. Thank you for a wonderful experience! ( wish I knew your name but I just know you had tattoos lol )

Staff was very friendly. We got there late (1:30 am) there very nice & holding my reservation for us. Breakfast was good & had a pretty good selection. Would definitely stay there again.
