The place was closed and no one called me. Completely shut down. My booking was confirmed up to the day I got there so I have no idea. I have no hotel when I got to West Virginia It wasn't open and it was completely abandoned

we had booked by a 3rd party. Be careful about cancellation policies.

It was shut down August 26 yet Expedia let me book the reservation and I was never notified by the Wyndham. I have stayed here before and there is always issues like not having enough people to work there. Not enough cleaners housekeepers. The Ownership is terrible they get rid of the Good dedicated employees and keep people that do not know how to check you in or print you a receipt.

Nothing, absolutely nothing. Why? Because the hotel was CLOSED !!! EVERYTHING! I got the hotel and there was a printed paper taped to the sliding glass doors that said the hotel was closed. No one called, texted, emailed, NOTHING! I called the hotel and they said it's been closed for a couple of days and because I booked through a 3rd party, it was up to that 3rd party to inform me. What did Booking.com do? NOTHING!!! They were more than happy and quick to charge my credit card, but when it came time for my stay, I get an AI chat room that can't help and I have to wait over 30 minutes to talk to someone. So far, booking.com and the hotel have done nothing for me to try to make amends.

The staff were fantastic! The hotel itself needs repairs, and updates.it was clean, but due to everything being so old or broken it looks dirty.

On the majority of the doors was a letter from the city stating the room was unfit for human occupancy because of mold

Right next to the conference center which was nice. Bed was comfortable. Easy access to interstate. Could use updating. Stains on the carpet and walls. The pool looked nice but water was ice cold.

Staff was very friendly. Some cosmetic issues with broken tiles, stained carpet, things like that. But that is not the fault of the staff that was on duty. Breakfast was just okay, not a ton of options. But overall, would stay again

the turnover is really bad at this hotel there was one person who was fabulous to work with her name was Sheila she's no longer there. The new staff didn't even know how to print me out a receipt.

The pillows were terrible. Check in at 4 PM??????? Got there at 3:35. Wanted $25 for "early" check-in. Waited until 4. Breakfast was just OK. Probably stay elsewhere next time. Staff was great.

Property needs a good cleaning- bathroom was almost disgusting. Door around the handle didn’t see any cleaning product for months. Bathtub was patched up and I’d be fine with it if it was a last minute fix - but there was already a mold growing around the area so it’s been there for a while. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Staff were all very nice and pleasant. Beds were nice too. We haven’t used any of their facilities.
