Needs updated!! Nice place but the shower door would not stay closed and water all over floor.

Room was dirty.. crumbs in the sofa bed.. like a lot of crumbs.. sticky stuff all over floor in kitchenette area, dust everywhere.. hair and what looked like crumbs in the shower.. sticky stuff in and on fridge. oil all up inside of washing machines and dryers downstairs.. only 1 washing machine worked btw.. Breakfast was ok.. eggs were like yellow colored styrofoam but the rest was ok. free hotel breakfast so.. cant complain too much.. I have stayed in this hotel multiple times.. it was never this bad.

Clean room

The room air conditioner was so loud that it woke you up every time it came on. The beds were not very comfortable. The bathroom could be better updated. There was no water available in the breakfast area for drinking without purchasing it from the market. The waffle maker had no batter for our stay.

Overall good property. It has some wear but was very clean. Had nice outdoor ammenities but was not really a focal point. Could be tidied up. Pet friendly is huge plus and those with dogs were respectful of others. Oddly, we ended up with an accessible room. The bathroom was accessible in terms of grab bars and plenty of space in the bathroom. This was not a lowered sink but could probably work for a person using wheels. The door bell, however did not work. The dining table would have to move for a person using wheels to get to the bed. While I know not all disabilities include wheelchair accessibility, it is one that requires a bit of turnaround room. Again, overall, accessibility is good.

breakfast was pretty standard but good. staff was nice. bed was pretty comfortable. shower door was a bit odd and got water on the floor so we had to lay towels down. the toilet handle got stuck flushing a few times

Suite was clean, quiet, and cozy. Pretty comfy bed and absolutely awesome walk in shower. Breakfast was good. Pretty standard hotel breakfast. Overall great stay!

The staff was wonderful, great location, and easy check in. Staff was very friendly from the moment, we entered the building. The location was very close to shopping and restaurants. I used the app for pre check in. It was great to notify them that we had a service dog with us. It made the ease of check in so great. The hotel is starting to show its age. It seems to have been used as a Haven for out of town workers. Great use of a hotel and is very needed but may age the hotel over time.

The bed was a little hard but the room was clean with plenty of space. The staff was friendly and helpful with the exception of the housekeepers that were gathered in the hall using fowl language. Breakfast was a little disappointing

Ill fitting bedsheets and the pillows were child sized.

Everything was good except the shower had no pressure. You had to stand under it to get any water. Probably the worse shower I’ve ever experienced

Comfortable, clean and staff great.

Staff was friendly. Room was nice but microwave face and bathroom were not clean. Hair was present in the bathtub. The bed was clean and comfy. The kitchenette is a nice touch but the housekeeping needs improvement.
