I appreciate that the room had a purpose and that was to provide a place to sleep and rest and have a shower and change clothes for the road trip we were on. It did that for us. So I'm happy about that.

I enjoyed the location. We was going to a concert at Hollywood casino and it was right beside that. The bathroom was a little dark and there was some mold around the shower head.

Front desk was nice they were very hospitable It was pest in the bathroom I want a discounted rate for that stay or refund

Customer service was great! Location great! Smell in the hallway. Mold along the top of the shower stall.

Cheap price Stated had offered breakfast, no breakfast. No ice machine anywhere, have to leave and get a bag...which is a drive to just have ice! Paid for and reserved a suite, was given a room w.queen bed and not much else. No kleenex in room... Just sketchy

The location There were cockroaches and it smelled horrible.

Y’all should put the pool bag in there I mean it’s cool being a smoking area but I think we should have the pool back that would make it really the best

The extended stay was in a beautiful place away from heavy traffic and noise The bellman’s cart was difficult to maneuver

Poorly cleaned. The fridge had rust and dirt all on it. Kitchen area just felt grimy and gross. The bathroom was gross too. I showed up at 2 to check in early and a room wasn’t available. Came back at 3:30 (after allowed check in time) and a room still wasn’t ready. Both times when I arrived, no one was at the front desk and had to wait. No desk person after 10pm either. You have to open and go through a door just to get into the hallway to get to elevator. There is no pantry to buy items from. Overall poor quality. I understand you get what you paid for but I have paid less for cleaner places.

The hotel was perfect Nothing.

The kitchen cupboards need updated. It was nice having a full size refrigerator. Our room had exactly 2 bath towels and 2 wash clothes. No hand towels and no towels in the kitchen either. WiFi worked well, as did the air conditioner. Also, the color scheme of tan and brown, made things seem dingy and depressing. It also comes across as if they are hiding how clean things may or may not be. Hard to tell how clean something it when everything is tan and brown. I will say the staff was excellent. They were very helpful and polite.

Good location, friendly staff when we could find them. Clearly an older hotel. Overall just appears run down and not extremely clean all over, from hallways to rooms. Rooms were decent but the carpet was kind of gross. Checked out around 9:30 or 9:45 AM on Saturday morning and could not find anyone to give the keys to. The front desk window has a metal pull-down that was down. The phone to raise someone was not helpful and I wasn't going to call the corporate number and wait on hold. Slid keys under the door to the front desk.

When checking in it took forever due to one person working and then stepping out to move their car to the front parking spot. There was roaches all over the hallways and in the room. The room had a lot of damages in the room back of bathroom door had a hole in it drywall bathroom ceiling falling, trash in vanity from last person renting the room. Bathroom exhaust fan light didn’t work so showing in the dark for the most part. The kitchen cabinets doors was loose and I tightened them up so no one after me gets hurt the hood vent didn’t have a working light. The ac hardly work it’s mid summer they had the ac in the room off and once turn on it was set to 78. When leaving and getting back on property could find any staff to report these issues with. I also have photos if needed. Personal I’ll never stay here again. It was my first and will be my last.
