Extended Stay America Select Suites St Louis Earth City

The kitchen cupboards need updated. It was nice having a full size refrigerator. Our room had exactly 2 bath towels and 2 wash clothes. No hand towels and no towels in the kitchen either. WiFi worked well, as did the air conditioner. Also, the color scheme of tan and brown, made things seem dingy and depressing. It also comes across as if they are hiding how clean things may or may not be. Hard to tell how clean something it when everything is tan and brown. I will say the staff was excellent. They were very helpful and polite.

When checking in it took forever due to one person working and then stepping out to move their car to the front parking spot. There was roaches all over the hallways and in the room. The room had a lot of damages in the room back of bathroom door had a hole in it drywall bathroom ceiling falling, trash in vanity from last person renting the room. Bathroom exhaust fan light didn’t work so showing in the dark for the most part. The kitchen cabinets doors was loose and I tightened them up so no one after me gets hurt the hood vent didn’t have a working light. The ac hardly work it’s mid summer they had the ac in the room off and once turn on it was set to 78. When leaving and getting back on property could find any staff to report these issues with. I also have photos if needed. Personal I’ll never stay here again. It was my first and will be my last.

Great location It smelled terribly of weed, when you walked in the door even the room.

The guy working the front desk was pleasant. When I purchased the room for the night, it said KING bed. Only thing they had available was a QUEEN. Upon entering room, it smelled musty. There were dirty underwear and socks under the sink. Who knows how long they’d been there. Also, at one point my husbands room key stopped working. He slid the key in by the “lock” and the door pushed right open. Scary to think that could happen to anyone’s door there.

I would not recommend this location, especially for families. Our stay was very disappointing due to several maintenance and cleanliness issues. We found ants in the kitchen, and the stovetop gas was not working, making the kitchen useless. Additionally, the unit was not clean, the bathroom exhaust fan was broken, and the door was jammed, which felt like a safety hazard. Overall, the property felt unsafe and poorly maintained

No access to get my room and My credit card was charged! I called all the listed numbers and they were all AI Locked

Good location No staff before 10 am and after 10 pm you have to call to get help from someone I think they should be someone 24 hrs at the front desk. They charge to get extra towels and toilet paper that is crazy.

Everyday the hotel smelled of weed, the bathroom door was crooked and wouldn't close without being lifted up
