Have never experience bed bugs in my life until now… which is unfortunate because we LOVED this hotel and we adored our stay. My husband and I got bites/welts in lines on our bodies, googled it and sure enough, bed bugs bite in lines. This hotel seemed so nice, we stayed for a few days, we even agreed it was the best trip we’ve ever been on. Drove all the way from PA. Just unfortunate that we didn’t realize there were bed bugs. (Bites don’t show up until days after, and this was the only hotel we stayed in) I’m sick to my stomach. Don’t even know what to do. Amazing hotel, but check the beds I guess. Lesson learned, we were room 204 from August 4th-7th

Never ONCE cleaned my room in 7 DAYS & I was gone all day every day. They do NOT have any milk or actual creamer for coffee, either. Oh, & GOOD LUCK getting the power to turn on in your room, especially if it's dark & middle of the night!!! I got in @ 2:am due a late flight, could not see a thing, & none of my room lights would go on. Had to use my cell phone as a light all night. Awesome. Thanks for the add'l misery.

Our room was very clean. The beds were comfortable. Wide assortment of food items in the lobby for late night munchies. Friendly and helpful staff. Will be back.

My fiancé and I have stayed at several hotels, and this was one of the best hotels we've ever visited. Our room was very spacious and had a full size refrigerator / freezer combo, microwave, dishwasher with garbage disposal, a 2-burner stovetop and a great deal of counter space. The counter runs along the entire wall, with workspace, and a TV on the end. The rooms had a dinnerware service for 2 people, along with pots & pans. There are also several other kitchen appliances that you could borrow down near the lobby, and a lending library of books, games, and puzzles. The bathroom was large, with a bathtub / shower combo and a large sink area with lots of counter space. We were thrilled when they offered us a free upgrade to a king-sized room! I was there for a medical procedure and was relieved that the hotel was very quiet. There is a great exercise area with several pieces of exercise equipment, along with an adjacent laundry area. There was also a pool, I believe indoor, although I didn't visit it due to my upcoming medical procedure. My procedure was scheduled for 2 pm, so they extended our checkout time to 1 pm instead of the normal 11 am, so we could kill time in comfort. Just overall a wonderful experience, and at an excellent rate. We will definitely be staying there again when we are in the area and will check out other Candlewood Suites when they are available in out travels. I HIGHLY recommend Candlewood Suites for any hotel visits you may need!

The location was perfect for us. Friendly staff and very clean, our room as well as the rest of the hotel. We will stay there again when we visit our family in Brighton.

The designated smoking area was also the area where one might eat after using the grill. A man was smoking a cigar 3 feet from where we were eating. I wish there were a few tables in the lobby for playing games as you can’t really do that in your room.

Amazing place to stay while visiting friends and family. Our studio suite was well appointed, clean and comfortable (the bedding was so soft!). The pool area was refreshing and clean, the staff incredibly helpful and kind. Lots of parking and easy access to all points of travel in town.

Exceeded all expectations, especially for the price. Nice, clean room with small kitchen, very clean, smelled new, very helpful and nice staff. Would stay here again.
