No food was offered. Room was small. Bathroom dated. Heard noise above my room. No house keeping. Parking lot was full. Tv was small.

The room was nice and the bathroom was large. The facility was clean and the staff seemed very friendly and enjoyed their jobs. All of the desk personnel were terrific! Staff was genuinely concerned about your stay and if you needed anything.

The hotel was only a mile from the lovely downtown area of Brighton and the restaurants. The hotel has free laundry, along with a cabinet of supplies (like crock pots, etc) that can be borrowed during your stay. The bed was comfortable. The staff is very nice and friendly. The lady who checked us in was extra helpful. The hotel was full, yet it was very quiet, which we appreciated very much. Overall the rooms and bathrooms are dated. The bathroom needs a deep clean and remodel.

We were greeted by Jerry and check in was excellent. The coffee in the little store as very good. Received excellent customer service from Jerry, Ron & Catherine! Our TV remote wasn't working properly, but the front desk took care of it promptly. Excellent customer service.

The day manager was seeing and very helpful! Rooms are large and a bit dated. We would stay there again.

Have never experience bed bugs in my life until now… which is unfortunate because we LOVED this hotel and we adored our stay. My husband and I got bites/welts in lines on our bodies, googled it and sure enough, bed bugs bite in lines. This hotel seemed so nice, we stayed for a few days, we even agreed it was the best trip we’ve ever been on. Drove all the way from PA. Just unfortunate that we didn’t realize there were bed bugs. (Bites don’t show up until days after, and this was the only hotel we stayed in) I’m sick to my stomach. Don’t even know what to do. Amazing hotel, but check the beds I guess. Lesson learned, we were room 204 from August 4th-7th

It's an "extended stay" hotel per the attendant that checked us into the hotel.

Never ONCE cleaned my room in 7 DAYS & I was gone all day every day. They do NOT have any milk or actual creamer for coffee, either. Oh, & GOOD LUCK getting the power to turn on in your room, especially if it's dark & middle of the night!!! I got in @ 2:am due a late flight, could not see a thing, & none of my room lights would go on. Had to use my cell phone as a light all night. Awesome. Thanks for the add'l misery.

Location. Rooms are great. It’s great.

Our room was very clean. The beds were comfortable. Wide assortment of food items in the lobby for late night munchies. Friendly and helpful staff. Will be back.
