no hot tub, dirty room and charged me $100.00 cleaning fee for 2 (stained towels).

Nice location, average breakfast, nice staff & friendly, pool was not inviting, water appeared too cloudy & yellow, spa jets were not functioning, carpet very old and needed some care, bedroom clean, bed comfortable. thank you

Room was clean and staff was nice

Breakfast was not great. Did not have any protein other than canned gelatinous gravy, and the potatoes were dry and cold.

The room was clean and the staff very helpful. Everything was clean but worn. The bad was that they didn't have full light blocking curtains so we slept with the outside light on us all night. The beds were very very firm. And while I know it's free, being a diabetic there was nothing for me to eat for breakfast, all starches and sugar on the second morning. Unfortunately they only put eggs out the first morning.

The pictures online were not accurate. The rooms smelled like old smoke had been attempted to be covered up, despite the signs and waivers I have to sign regarding it being a smoke free facility. The pool was literally green in color and my kids couldn’t even utilize it. We had to ask for towels despite having a reservation for 4 people and got two towels. I also kindly requested housekeeping for our room while we were out for the day, never visited. Parking was easy, we got to park close to our room by the side door however, the side door was never locked even at night even though it had a keycard access, so anyone could walk in. I was disappointed. They seem a little understaffed maybe, but the people we did encounter were friendly. Bring your own breakfast.

Worn out property

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. We did not use the jacuzzi tub cause it seemed old and dingy. The over all feel of this hotel was old and musty. The indoor pool was in the center of the hotel and our hallway over looked the pool, this was a first for us lol and made it very humid in the hotel. We didn’t swim cause it looked not so clean. The staff was very friendly and were on top of things. It’s a no smoking hotel but it always smelled like weed and people smoked right outside the front door. We probably won’t stay here again but it was fine for a couple days.

Had to switch rooms because the first room had a fridge that smelt horrible and wasn't working. It had also seemed like housekeeping hadn't wiped down the tables or cleaned the floors. 2nd room was much better. We didn't use the hot tub because the jets were broken during our stay. The girl at the front desk was kind and helpful.

My reservation was cancelled with no notice. I arrived bags in hand at a sold out hotel with no room. I only learned that my reservation was canceled when I intended to check in. I had the front desk staff checked twice because I never received any cancellation notice from Expedia or the hotel. Luckily a friend had a room we were able to use. Eventually there was a cancellation and we were able to get a room. It’s crazy that no notification was sent about the room. If I was out of state this would have been a nightmare.

Desk clerk was helpful Breakfast needs proteins. Didn't have eggs, sausage or bacon. Breakfast worker was great. Hussling keeping everything topped off. Just fine for an overnight stay.

The breakfast consisted of dry biscuits and gravy, bagels and toast, and a waffle maker. There were no eggs or other sort of protein.

Clean room. Good location. Bed wasn't my favorite but was just fine for the weekend.

Clean Room, Hot shower, Outstanding staff. It's not "home", it's not "luxury", but it most certainly is comfortable and friendly.

Room was amazing. Staff helpful. Breakfast was good. Hot tub was broke but kids enjoyed the pool.
