The rooms were clean and the staff was very kind and helpful. The breakfast good. The AC in one of the rooms was not working, the room would not go below 75 degrees. The chlorine in the pool was so strong you couldn't use the pool or hot tub which was the entire reason we got a room. I had to take the kids somewhere to keep them busy since the pool was a no go. The shower water pressure was so weak it was a drizzle coming out.

We were very happy with our stay, breakfast was well serviced. Only downside hot tub jets not working as they should.

Room was clean and spacious. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Breakfast and evening cookies were great. Our kids thoroughly enjoyed the pool area swimming for hours every night. Would definitely stay again and recommend this hotel to others.

I had to reschedule my plans and tried to cancel this request 3 months earlier and they would not refund my money. 3 months before the actual trip and still would not refund my money. I will never use this service again

The property was easy to find and attractive; close to a variety of restaurants. Staff was helpful and congenial. Room was quiet, very clean and attractive; bed very comfortable. Breakfast area was attractive, clean and peaceful. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay. Thank you!. Perhaps wi-fi and HVAC instructions

Stayed one night with my daughter and her friends for her birthday. Hotel was very clean and updated. Pool was clean and they loved having a hot tub too. Only wish the pool room wasn’t a sauna for those not swimming but I feel like it’s always like that with an indoor pool.
