The pool area was very hot. There was mold and what looked like algae in several areas. Pool was very warm and clean. The hot tub was clean but to hot to enjoy. The room and other area were very clean. Staff was friendly.

We booked a room for two nights for our wedding! The room was beautiful and clean. The bed was extremely comfortable.

I have stayed in a number of Hampton Inns around southeastern Michigan. This is the first one that has such depressing decorating; dark bedding, dark draperies, dark furniture. You need to bring in the colors from the attractive carpeting in the hallways. Those will light up the interiors of the rooms.

1) The leading hotel photo is of a hot tub with bubbling jets. They aren't working/on. It's just a big bath. I choose hotels based on ones having a hot tub. 2) Reviews raved about the breakfast. It looks nice just like the brochure and the items they buy are nice quality like the tiny triangle scones, muffins and bagels. Waffle irons worked. The hot breakfast was bottom 3 worst I've ever had. I don't know homeless people who can eat that watered down sausage patty. Absolutely disgusting. Potatoes were cold and so so. Omelettes were also cheap mass quantity hotel chain order blobs of tofu textured mediocrity. 3) Toilets are made for toddlers, maybe 12 inches off the ground.

Location and nice overall 3 of 5 days no housekeeping. Was told I could reduce sray byv1 day. Bookings.com said ask hotel. Hotel said yes. But then neither could refund??!!! Finally got points back for 1 night. Bookings.com should have refunded not push me aside. Done qith 3rd parties.

Close to restaurants and shopping. Couldn't regulate thermostat for air conditioning had to keep it 65 otherwise it didn't work even when the room said it was 75. (It was too cold and to hot without it.) We also advised front desk that our entry door was so hard to open you had to use your shoulder to push it open. Otherwise a very nice place along with staff to stay.
