Very clean and quiet

Great for the price, loved it

Coffee was amazing. The desk clerk at check-in seemed to want to be with the rest of the staff, who looked like they were having lunch.

We only stayed one night, but will definitely stay again the next time we visit Brighton. It was conveniently located next to shopping and restaurants. The hotel was clean and the room was large. We needed a room with two queen beds and the room not only had that, but a sofa bed as well. Our family of 4, two adults and two young teens, was comfortable. Cleanliness is probably the single biggest requirement for us and the hotel did not disappoint. We needed to visit the area next year for a wedding and will absolutely stay here again.

Holiday Inn Express & Suites in Brighton was a very clean hotel. Great rooms with comfortable beds and personal care amenities. The staff was professional and friendly. They took great care with their guests' breakfast choices, kept the seating area well cleaned during transition of guests. Omar, specifically was focused on his role and care to guests each morning. Thank you - we would definitely visit again!

Great stay at a good price

Very comfortable bed I thought the room was clean. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The hotel was extremely quiet. It was very nice comfortable.

The inn was clean, staff helpful and breakfast was very good.

Staff was friendly and the bed was comfy, but there were very few items available during breakfast and the handle came off of my sink when I went to turn on the water. I would not recommend this hotel.

We checked arrived late at night and wanted to go directly to sleep. Our room was filthy and was clearly never turned over. The sheets were dirty there was someone else's hair all over the pillow. There was dried dog food on the floor even though it is a pet free hotel. We asked for another room but it was full for the evening and housekeeping had gone home for the day. We slept on top of the comforters using a blanket we had in our car to stay warm for the night. Every power outlet (including usb) in the room was so worn out that anything we plugged in fell back out. We had to charge our phones in our car. This ranks up there with our toughest stays.

There was no coffee in the rooms. You had to go downstairs if you wanted a cup. That was not convenient.Towels and washcloths were very old and coarse. Walls very thin, much noise from the hallways and other rooms. The price for the accommodations was too high for the quality and age of the facility.

Pleasant stay

Staff were very nice and helpful. Breakfast was very low quality. The sheets had stains on them, but appeared to be clean. The mattress was not super comfortable, but adequate.

The hotel was beautifully kept up and spotlessly clean. The breakfast was good. The front desk was mostly unattended and the usual information given at check in was mostly not offered.

The lobby and rooms were clean. The front desk staff were very professional and nice. Breakfast was prepared great. The pool area was nice and clean!

Everything was clean and safe but the floor in the room. We found toys garbage and a lot of hair on the floor

Pool was clean and wide open. Patio has a grill. Breakfast was plentiful and clean. Late checkout was not a problem.

Clean, upscale, quiet room.. exactly what I was looking for!
