The room smelled like cigarettes. They also gave me the wrong TV remote. The only remote in my room was the remote that comes with the TV and can only access the settings. I called the front desk to have this resolved and nothing happened. I was unable to watch any TV for my stay. Very disappointing considering I have stayed at this hotel before and have been extremely satisfied. I would not recommend staying here. The staff members are nice, but there are better hotels in the area.

Thats my 3rd year there.whenever I’m dropping of my child to college I stay at this beautiful hotel. Clean,nice, very friendly staff and the breakfast is amazing. I would definitely recommend.

The staff was very friendly and super helpful! The complimentary coffee and water was really nice to have. The room had a very odd smell upon entry, the bathroom was dirty, especially the shower.

Our room was spacious for a large family, the breakfast was delicious and as someone with a gluten allergy, I appreciated the options available with minimal cross contamination, our family loved the pool and the entire staff we interacted with were very friendly

All the staff was very polite and helpful, but I spoke with the day desk staff most often. She was very helpful with the couple questions or concerns I brought to her. Will visit again next time I'm in Brighton!

Breakfast was good and hot that I ate. Would have like some bacon instead of all sausage. Can't say there was anything I can remark I didn't like.
