Red stain on the bedspread. A/C should have been replaced 10 years ago. Shower was stopped up. Shower curtain disgusting. TV remote didn't work. 2 occupants with only 1 bath towel.

Had no hot water no towels our cups for coffee Nothing

Nothing. No towels. Gave me a smoking room when I don’t smoke. Mold. No toilet paper. They treat you like you are about to rob them. I hated it all. Second worst hotel I have ever stayed in. You will get sick.

We stayed for one night for the Bristol race. It was an ideal location and we liked it. We were pleasantly surprised with the cleanliness of the property and room. However, the bathroom light was very dim with bugs in it, exhaust fan didn’t work and shower curtain had growth on it. The bed could be softer, and creaked all night with movement.

This had to be the nastiest place ever! It was dirty, mold, outlets and air unit had burn places, provided no hotel room amenities.

The room was dirty & in terrible shape. No microwave or refrigerator. Mildew & scum on bathtub. No mirror & holes in walls & curtains.

It was conveniently located. The bed and chair were comfortable. I had reserved a room with 2 beds. I was provided a single queen bed. There was water on the counter, possibly a leak from recent rain in the area.

Not much The toilet did not flush well. No light working above the sink and tv did not work. The room ac’s never cooled down.

Older facility. Housekeeping needed help. Served a basic need but that's about it.

Expedia charge me when booking on website 72 bucks and the balance was $2.34 to be paid at the hotel. This hotel charge me $72 again and says Expedia supposed to send me the money that they charged for this booking 100% dumb Trash can on sink counter to catch water from leaking roof through unfastened vanity light fixture. Mold in tub and all over bottom curtain.

Didn’t like anything. Wasn’t allowed in the office signed in and out through a tiny window. Trash was laying outside my door when we arrived. Room was dirty and old furnishings. Beds were hard . Sink took a long time to drain. We either had cold or hot water in shower. Only had half a roll of toilet paper on roll with no extra. Internet sucked. Rude staff!

It was close to Bristol Motor Speedway Price way too much for the condition of the property even for a NASCAR race weekend. The bathroom door didn’t even latch.

I wasnt able to stay i had a family emergency, and ive been trying to get my refund.

Toilet seat was broken, the drain in bathtub wouldn't drain, people kept knocking on door all night long. Water was busted, took a long time to fix. Pillows were flat. Just not a good place to stay.

First room we had the water came through the floor. Got moved to a different room. Had no water for hours, no towels, pillows flat, the key stopped working at 8am & had to give a deposit

When we arrived no one was at the office. There was a sign that said to go to room *** for aassistance so i did. When I get there a lady answers the door looking crazy with a funny smelling smoke coming out. She ask if I had a reservation and they I would need to pay in cash. WTH I say " Oh I'm not paying cash i need the reservation canceled." The last called the owners, they came give us the key and there's a pillow misplaced on one of the beds and then they had no towels no wash clothes.

Additionally, when I arrived at hotel with confirmed reservation, I was informed that there were no rooms available. Only after the manager realized I paid a ridiculously high price for room (hotel price gouged because of hurricane damage in area) did they free up a room from a reservation in which a lower price was paid. Also got stuck in a smoking room. Worst hotel experience ever.
