Booking the room was quick and easy. The staff was very kind and helpful. We did not use the gym or other amenities. Our room was very quiet and comfortable.

The hotel interior and room were clean. The room I was given was next to the elevator and ice machine. The ice machine and the air unit in my room made loud noises all night, keeping me awake.

Room was clean but bathroom had lots of mold in shower. Breakfast for a fee

Room super clean , staff extremely nice and helpful, parking is available 👍. Having stayed here multiple times for extended days, I find it hard to over look the ice machines to be out of service on several floors and pool and spa are not working nor is any work being done on them, must ask staff for water, none left in room. For price believe property needs better management IMO .

None of the ice machines worked. Not enough pillows. Took 45 minutes to check in.

I ate dinner at their bistro. There food was delicious and the fellow who provided my food was very friendly. The room was clean and the bed comfortable.

The hotel itself was nice and was clean front staff was super friendly but the bed was probably the most uncomfortable bed I’ve ever slept in!! To me this is the most important part of a hotel. I’m coming there to sleep not spend time hanging out in a room. The bed needs to be comfortable. Our bed was the absolute worst thing I’ve ever slept on. It was so bad I actually contemplated moving to the floor and sleeping on my yoga mat.

Shower head in our room was non adjustable and the water came out really hard. Preferable to low pressure any day !!! Had difficulty finding it through the GPS in car but managed.

Put a $100 hold on my debit and still haven’t released it after 3 business days of checking out.

The room overall was clean , the bathroom could use some maintenance from where they removed some things from the shower and around areas around glass partition at back of bath/shower could use a deeper cleaning ( mold buildup) . It wasn’t nasty just makes it look dirty. There were plenty of towels and stuff in the bathroom. Bed linens were nice and clean ( I’ve had bad experiences at other places, where they looked like they weren’t clean and had hair all over them) not here , they were crisp clean. Front deck ladies were very nice and helpful. Parking was easy and I was able to find spaces close to the front.
