Room was in sorry shape toilet paper roll was barely hanging on bed had a huge dip in bed like a fridge had been sitting there safe in room to use but requires a key that know one has,,shops places to eat real close price was ok but I will not stay again

Staff was very helpful and considerate. Room was clean, the bed comfortable, for the price, made the stay stress free and enjoyable. Very highly recommended.

Quiet and clean property. The AC worked well. Older unit that could use updating.

Great location close to dinning and shopping. Staff were all very nice and helpful. Room was clean and ready at check in. Bed was older and not so comfortable. The property is older and in need of updating. Guest side entry doors were out of order and would not open with key making the trek from rear parking to available entry a very long walk. No coffee maker in the room and not available in lobby upon early check out. All in all not a bad stay but is seriously overpriced for the overall condition of the property.

Clean room and hotel was conveniently located off the highway.

A pity that the gym was out of order. Everything else was great.

I booked online thinking the hotel was nice because it was so expensive but when I saw the hotel, it was falling apart and looking like a budget hotel without the low price. The temperature gauge kept moving back down to 60 degrees when set for 70 degrees and there were no extra blankets. Only a really think blanket on the bed. I asked hotel clerk for extra blanket and she could not find one but gave me, what looked like someone's personal comforter. The room was sparse and bare minimum. It would have been okay if the room was around $70 a night but it was 249$!! a night!

Staff was helpful and great. People that live there or are frequent tenants were standing around the area which made us uncomfortable. Overall they never bothered us.

Everything was old hallways had a musty smell.

Very nice property, and convenient to downtown sightseeing.

Could be a nice hotel, but lots of issues. Initially, I was assigned a room, I opened the door, it smelled like marijuana smoke, the carpets had big black spots, and the light didn’t work. I asked for a new room and was accommodated. The desk girl said, “People smoke out back. It gets in the rooms” so then I got my next room. The carpet was burned, the lamp had brown stains all over it, there was no shower curtain or soap, and once I managed to clean myself in the curtainless shower with soap I brought from home, the towels were stained, and to beat it all, there was only one working light bulb in the entire room. Next, amenities, fitness center? No. Out of order. Pool? Too cloudy and questionable to get in. I was going to voice my concerns on check out, but the permanent “be back in a moment” and “place cards in the basket” signs greeted me instead of a person.

Hotel and Halls and Room Smelled like Pot. Room was ICE cold when we arrived. Blanket on king bed was very thin.

The staff was excellent, the hotel needs some updating. The water hot but not enough water pressure. Had to ask for better pillows. The pool seemed okay we didnt use it, and the exercise room was out of order.

The staff was wonderful and the location for my purposes was perfect. It's a little dated and an older building. Honestly it's like staying in a hotel back 20 years ago. Neat and works if you just need a place to sleep.

The bedding was clean... place needs a top to bottom cleaning and/or remodel. Not impressive but slept ok.

Just your average cheap hotel.
