Convenient to interstate. Clean and quiet. Friendly staff

No breakfast That I was sleeping underground.

Molded smell, poor ac/heat unit, sticky

There wasn't anything we didn't like.

The room was very clean, staff was very welcoming and the location is right off the highway and close to a lot of restaurants. We stayed here overnight last year on our trip to Chattanooga and booked again for this years trip. Will book again next year! Highly recommend! There wasn't anything we didn't like.

The staff is very rude and claim your room was a mess so they can try to keep your deposit.

You get what you paid for…Flooring in the room & bathroom are in horrible shape. Tub needs to be replaced. Woke up with bites all over my back. I should have cut my cost & went elsewhere. Lesson learned. Grass on property is super high. Need to mow lawn.

Great place. Stay here every time we are in town. The owner is a helluva good fella.

Bed mattresses were soft, but didn’t cause sleeping issues.

This is an older property and the furnishings are looking a bit shabby, but everything was clean and the owner was very friendly at check in. We were on a road trip and just needed a place to sleep so this filled that need for a good price.

Our second stay and plan to return whenever we are in Bristol/TN. Only thing we could suggest is upgrading the mattresses. Other than that area, our stays have been enjoyable and the staff are super friendly and helpful.

For some reason brand new mini fridge didnt work not a big deal , clean quiet close from downtown good area

Only one gentleman was nicer when we needed help accessing our room bc the card key was not working.

Staff was incredibly nice. Was a nice place to stay for our family.
