Great stay ! Breakfast was great

The coffee pot was a new type, and it would not make hot coffee. Only cold. And the creamers were used. All around a less than stellar quality.

Delta Hotel was in a great location for us. I thought the parking was easy. Easy on and off of I-81. The lobby looked great, we didn't spend much time in it, but it was inviting. I was SUPER disappointed with the cleanliness of the bathroom. It was as if someone put clean towels out but forgot to swiffer the floor. I wiped it down before we used it. At the price charged, you shouldn't have to do that. Hopefully that was a fluke... as we would like to use the hotel again. There is a great little coffee shop nearby - Aroma Coffee. Check it out!

The hotel is clean and they have connected room which is a plus for traveling with kids. Gym is advertised as 24 hours but it wasn’t working after 11pm. We went to check it out but couldn’t scan in with hotel card. The front desk person had to call maintenance to come open it. Parking is free and breakfast is not free. They gave two complimentary free water bottles inside the room. The downside would be that it’s close to the highway and unfortunately, you will hear the cars running. We brought a sleep machine but it didn’t help.

The facility was well kept, and even though it is probably older, it was well maintained and up-to-date.

Clean lobby and bar area. Rooms were good. Only caution is that there is a lot of road noise if you stay on the upper levels

I had the most wonderful interactions with the greeting staff. I'd been traveling all day with a very energetic toddler and the desk clerk was SO very kind! My doordash made it to the hotel before I did. She was kind enough to take my food from the Dasher and seal it so my dinner stayed warm. Check in was a breeze. I also was able to order a much needed bottle of wine brought right up from room service. My room was very clean and quiet despite the hotel being pretty full with other guests. Bristol is a halfway travel point and I will be back.

There was no internet for streaming and the pool was consistently closed for maintenance for my 3night 4day stay.

Very nice and quiet and felt very safe

The locations was great. Hotel was very clean. Pool and hot tub needed a little cleaning. The toilet in our room ran all the time.

All the modern amenities in an older building with a very majestic royalty feel to it. Staff was very friendly and helpful when the fridge in my room was set at a low temp. There were a few stray hairs on the bathroom floor but I recognize I’m a clean freak.

We arrived sort of late, and I had said to the clerk that we have never been here before, and she offered no help or explanation of you hotel. We actually explored to learn where everything was in the hotel. Lastly the bathroom floors were not to clean.

Beautiful fitness center on the top floor!! Highly recommend a sunset workout up there.
