I like how I had an issue and management QUICKLY stepped in. They turned a bad experience into a great one. William Davis is a top hotel guest service manager that will not stop until guests are satisfied. I will be back because of him! It smells weird but that could be numerous factors not the hotel itself.

Overall a nice hotel, friendly staff, clean, only thing that was a little bit unfortunate was the parking situation in our case since there was some type of convention and there were two people who parked in the middle of two parking spots and ruined it for everyone else. The other thing was that we heard everything that was going on in our hallway and adjoining room.

Room was clean and in good shape. The AC unit struggled to keep the room temp at 68 in fact it never got lower than 72. You will hear the interstate traffic at night so be prepared with noise canceling headphones. Food at the hotel bar was pretty good.

It was overall a nice hotel and the check in and check out process was great Got in the room reported and showed pictures to staff of air control error message and toilet paper holder broken . She sent maintenance up and 35 minutes later I then had to move two floors down and waited an addition 19 minutes for maintaining to bring me the key. So I was a bit frustrated for the lost time I had to get into my room and relax . I wasn't offered compensation for that and I honestly felt like they should have ...

We enjoyed our time at Delta. Close to other amenities, close to our destination. Easy check in/out. Bar/ restaurant downstairs. Very friendly and courteous staff. We will definitely be back. Thank you for a great experience!
