Very clean, easy to check in and out…breakfast was worth it

Everything Traffic noise

One working elevator. Two washers and two dryers in the guest laundry. That’s all that was available for 9 floors of guests.

The pet room was wonderful. Room service great.

The staff was very friendly for the most part. It can be difficult to get an order in at the restaurant once the sun sets.

Comfortable and easy with kids I would not say I don’t like. We can do a little bit better on the elevator as there is a wait time if you have a room on the top floor

Had a great breakfast. The pool was nice and the rooms were clean. Nice atmosphere.

Staff and hotel was excellent but handicap room was only meant for a person in a wheelchair not anyone with knee or hip problems who needed a lower tub. Hot and cold on the shower faucet were opposite directions from all other faucets.

We were given breakfast vouchers. There was no real organization and we sat for about 20 minutes and watched one person try to take orders, get orders, refill drinks, and charge people. She never came to our table, so we left. And our room was a bit dirty. We found about 5 rubber bands on the floor. The fridge wasn’t cleaned out. And there were bug carcasses in the drawer.

Convenient. Clean. Quiet. Great bar and breakfast and food was good. Staff super friendly. It had a community vibe with other guests Bathroom needed updated

Did not have breakfast. Wish it was complimentary. Would have liked complimentary continental breakfast. If rooms could be more soundproof, that would be great. Not just from outside noise but between adjacent rooms. Maybe a lot to ask, but perhaps for future builds, this could be kept in mind.

Beautiful lobby, comfortable beds, good breakfast, very nice and professional staff We should have considered before we booked about the proximity of busy I-81 to this and several other motels nearby. We are not used to semi-truck noise and our first night it was a bit difficult to sleep well. However, the staff was very quick to help us move to a different floor, further away from the interstate. It helped, but there was still traffic noise. We are just not used to that. Otherwise, it is a wonderful motel!

Hotel felt modern and clean. Room was quiet and comfortable. We had a great breakfast to go at a very reasonable price. We stay at a lot of hotels for travel sports and we felt like we got a lot more for our money at this hotel compared to most places we have stayed. In general, if we see a Delta property option when traveling, we book it. We know it’s going to be a good experience.

The breakfast and the staff was awesome. The place was very clean. The only complaint I have was the pillows...they were awful. Bed was great, pillows were not. The pillows.
