Extended Stay America Suites - Bristol

I picked this hotel because of the pool-but when we got there a little before 8 they told us it closed at 8 on a very hot day so kids didn’t get to use it. The room smelled musty and like someone had smoked in it. Very disappointed.

The rooms from the outside look nice but they really aren’t that nice. Breakfast was disappointing. Coffee and instant oatmeal. I would not stay again.

Lovely location, beds were comfortable and clean A little worn in places-like holes in stairs, strong smell of cigarettes in corridors, and not a lot of places to sit around the pool if more than 2-3 families were there.

Bed was comfy. Perfect location, it was quiet, n staff was friendly n professional. The Ac barley kept it cool. Did a good bit of sweating. And the bathroom was a bit dirty n mold on the ceiling in the bathroom. And tub doesn't drain good. Maybe clean the drains

The bathroom/shower in the room was equally disgusting The odor once you entered the room was deplorable then once you turned the AC fan on it only worsened I felt as if my daughter & I were staying at a run down motel not what this place projected to be online sadly I will say the gentleman at the front desk was incredibly understanding when I made him aware of how dissatisfied I was as I no sooner checked in (which was after midnight) as we were driving from several states/hours away & needed a place to sleep to only check out after lugging all our things out of the car to the room to only return back to the car to find somewhere else. The gentleman working offered a refund (minus the booking fees from 3rd party company used) however I did not intend for anything back & was pleasantly surprised and very appreciative

Stay. Usually I pick an extended Stay because I can save money by coming and preparing at least one meal there. There was no coffee pot or microwave there and I'm fairly sure the people living there were a bit of a wild card. We founfd a French fry on the ground behind our night stand and the smell of bleach kept me up most of the first night.

Disappointing

hair still in shower and in one of the beds. floor had not been mopped since there was still a spill of some sort. Definitely smelled weed from bathroom. Wouldn't stay there again. Due to that we didn't even stay for breakfast.

Location It was digusting & full of people smoking weed & selling drugs I checked out after one night

Grab and go was just that! Maybe water bottles and pop tarts would be nice!

But for me a place to rest my head and shower in the AM and get back down the road , I Will Take IT !! Great Staff, well greeted and very informative for the area! This is not a high end , high profile place but the cost and the convenience were worthwhile !! The coffee counter wrapped up sooner than I would have expected since I thought that would be a reasonable perk in the lobby but only until 10 AM ! Other than that, quiet, plenty of space in the room! A cooktop, Mini Frig, microwave and plenty of towels & comfortable bed WIN !! Would stop here again !!

The hotel room smelled like drugs had been smoked in there. The mattress topper was very old and in poor condition. It literally crinkled when you touched it. Other occupants were rude and yelling at us. We didn’t even stay the night we felt that uncomfortable.

The staff was friendly. The grab and go breakfast was limited in choices but convenient, though we were unable to utilize it due to dietary restrictions. Evidence of some sort of bug in the room (piles of red dust all over the room). Floors were not cleaned at all (our feet/socks were dirty as soon as we removed our shoes). Both beds had dirt and hair on the sheets. Marijuana and cigarette smoke came through our vents all night long from one of the neighboring rooms.
