Great experience as I was traveling through.
-
Had to ask for towels for room and pool first night but we got some brought to our room 2nd night which was nice. Breakfast was good

Except for the heat in the room being on when we arrived (it was 90+ degrees in Minnesota), the room was comfortable enough and reasonably clean. I hate those little square pillows, though. The worst thing about this hotel is the location. It's right next door to some kind of club. At 1 a.m., someone was outside the hotel screaming. Not the hotel's fault, but I won't be staying here ever again because of that.

Clean, helpful staff. Great location,

Never clean up the room, not paper towels, the front desk not good, unfriendly, and the breakfast always same thing
-
Poorly maintained facility that was dirty. Tubs was not clean. Hallways had overwhelming perfume spray and so what was that trying to mask? Would not stay here again!

Check in was the most annoying experience Ive ever had. It literally read thr entire process out loud to me and there was no way to stop it. Couldn't hear anything the clerk was saying over it. And I certainly dont need a basic document read out loud to me. Fine if that's an option for people who are illiterate, but most definitely another turn-off from this hotel.

Clean very spacious rooms, nice blackout curtains, quiet, the pool was a comfortable temp and the hot tub was actually hot!, breakfast was good. Close to the highway!

The room smelled and was dirty, Inspected the comforter and sheets, the bed casing was filthy. Floor was dirty, Room was dusty and the tv had something smeared on it, most likely a child rubbing on the tv. I refused to stay there. Rhoda was very helpful and kind and courteous through the whole process.

Just the spa and pool every thing else was trash

Beds are hard. My hips and back hurt and i couldnt sleep so i left around 2:30 & finished my 2 hour drive home so i could maybe get some rest. Noticed some hairs on the edge of tub so i didnt bother using the shower either. Area was decent, easy access to and from the hotel. Quiet.

Room smelt, humid inside and can tell it’s just been sitting with no cool air. Loud environment
-
Everything was just kind of average. Too high priced to stay there again.

It was convenient for where we needed to be for a tournament however it’s a very old-motel looking hotel. We took pics of the stains all over the original we were in. Had to room because we didn’t have a clean room. I will say the lady that switched ours rooms was nice! Got to the new room and stains all over the floor, wifi and wifi passcode didn’t work, body wash in the shower was completely empty. The bed was so hard, I’ve never been at a hotel with a bed that felt like a rock. Felt like I took more time during my stay worrying about what worked/was clean then I did enjoying my stay. We actually ended up leaving Saturday night because we didn’t want to stay in the room anymore.
