Travelodge by Wyndham Brooklyn Center

No breakfast. Looks like it was trashed recently. Our door was obviously broken into. 1 towel. No closet. Fridge broken. Microwave knobs removed. Hair dryer destroyed. TV worked! AC worked!

I arrived shortly before midnight and felt uneasy. There was people standing outside drinking blocking the front doors. There was small kids running around without adult supervision. People hanging out in their vehicles with the lights off, and cars coming and going. This place looked like a homeless shelter. Didn't end up staying there.

The ac in my room was leaking, the walls were covered in crayons and stickers, there were kids running around all night destroying the place and there were adults outside drinking and destroying the parking lot. Overall a terrible experience

Will never stay at this hotel again unless I'm desperate. Staff was friendly and helpful but definitely didn't feel comfortable staying over night by myself. Parking lot had lots of trash and the main doors were wide open with lots of people just coming and going and chidren running around unattended.

Though the staff was nice- there is no complimentary breakfast as advertised. The premises aren't maintained at all. The shower in my room didn't turn on at all and my toilet didn't flush the entire time I stayed. Fortunately, I had a yoga studio to go for my showers but I was utterly disgusted by the state of the room. I sent an email to the manager but have had no response as of late.

To start off, there are 4 or 5 families living on the first floor all the time. They have 10-12 children that run around the hotel screaming until after midnight. You will get NO sleep if you stay at this hotel. Worst hotel I have stayed at by far. DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL!

Although the rooms are advertised as non-smoking, they smell like garbage and stale smoke. The towels were in such poor condition that I wouldn’t even use them to dry my pet, let alone myself. Overall, the cleanliness and upkeep of this hotel are completely unacceptable. I would not recommend staying here.

The place is too dirty. I couldn’t get iron to press my church clothes for services. Every where smells with cigarettes. The smoke weeds right in front of the entrance. Too much noise over my head around 3am. Am done booking with the company. Thank you

Staff was amazing, immediately got us into a better room once I mentioned the shower wasn’t working.

Very dirty and unpleasant

This hotel was the worst place I have ever stayed! First of all you arrive to a big potholes in the driveway and parking lot. There is litter and garbage everywhere, including in the lobby and down all the halls. The room was not clean. The bathroom was in poor repair, it looked like the tub and shower were spray painted. The tub and shower walls were not clean, there was dried soap still in the soap dish. The bed was very uncomfortable and the mattress was covered with a plastic sheet. The fitted sheet did not stay on the mattress. It was advertised as offering breakfast but the next morning there was nothing and no one would come to the front desk when we rang the bell. Would never stay here ever again!

DO NOT STAY HERE IT IS A MAD HOUSE KIDS RUNNING ALL DOWNS THE HALLS SCREAMING THROWING GARBAGE ON THE GROUND THAT NOBODY PICKS UP! YOU CANT EVEN HEAR THE RECEPTIONIST WHEN YOUR CHECKING BECAUSE OF THE 40 SCREAMING KIDS RUNNING AROUND! THE FIRST ROOM THEY HAD US IN THERE HAD WHAT APPEARED TO BE A DEAD ..SOMETHING...NOT SURE WHAT IT WAS ..IN THE TOLIET!!! N WE HAVE PICTURES TO.BACK UP OUR STATEMENTSYOU WILL REGRET BOOKING ANYTHING HERE! YOUVE BEEN WARNED! OH AND THEY WONT RETURN HALF OF MY DEPOSIT. THEY ARE TRYING TO JUST KEEP IT AND THATS NOT HAPPENING! AFTER THE DISASTROUS NIGHT MY BF AND I HAD I DESERVE A FULL REFUND!

Dirty and has a a bad smell

The place was dirty. Changed room twice cause water wasn't working. And they gonna charge me $25 for changing room. Waste place I've never been in.

Is a nightmare, the worst ever , people is crazy there , looks more like a hood , than a motel , the worst facility ever in years traveling around the country

Bed was unmade, dirty used towels on floor next to toilet, loud noises, kids running around with no parent supervision, front looked he bought had enough of being there. Overall worst place I’ve ever stayed. Never again!

NEVER stay here. Our first room was NOT cleaned at all, no microwaves in any room floor was filthy with crumbs tv didn't even plug in lamps and outlets not working.. second room FILTHY water from the bathroom above leaked into our bathroom ALL day long soaking everything. Come to check out BLOOD all in elevator and everywhere from someone getting hurt no staff to clean it up right away. WORST experience I've ever had a hotel
