NOT CLEAN AND FUNTIONAL

The staffs were very rude

The room

I had my two small dogs with me and everything was great! I was very tired from driving and the staff was great. The shower was great too.

Entire hotel felt and smelled damp. All rooms were in some state of disrepair. Bathroom ceiling paint peeling. Mirror frame falling off. Mattress wrong size for bed frame. Lots of spiders. A/C wall socket had scorch marks and no power.

Rooms were held together by duck tape basically. Our room was suppose to be non-smoking and it wasn't.

Made everything easy!

The bathroom was dirty. We bought new sheets because the ones on the bed were ripped and dirty.

Fine Tv didn’t work first night and no solution offered

The rug in room felt dirty , sticky and grimy , DONT FORGET SLIPPERS!! Kind of a poor area to stay.

Not surprised at the ** rating. Felt like it was the goal to maintain that score—nothing higher. Will not stay again.

Convenient location to get to downtown and the staff were very nice and polite. Property is very rundown and needs a lot of updating. This was not near the normal Quality Inn standard that I have experienced at any other Quality Inn’s. The walls were peeling paint, the bathroom door looked like it had been chewed/shredded at the bottom. The sheets and pillow cases smelled clean, but they had unknown colored stains on them on both beds. The bed covering and blankets had many cigarette burn holes in them. There was a lot of hallway traffic/noise throughout the night which made it sound like the conversations happening were right in the room with us. We booked a two day stay, but never returned for the second night and decided to start the 15 hour drive home as a better alternative to staying the second night.

Old building. Tired, worn furniture. Greasy feeling carpet. Desk person was lacking in people skills.

It’s Comfortable

and in dire condition with much needed replacement. The staff was just ok. We wouldn’t stay at this property again.

They need to spend the money and redo all the rooms. Replace the furniture and fix the walls.

DO NOT STAY HERE!

Not very clean, room was missing TV remote, phone didn't work if you needed to contact front desk you had to go down to it. Chair cushion in room was ripped and dirty, had to put a towel on it. Breakfast was sparse not many choices, ran from 7 -10 but at 8 when we went down there was only one apple and 1 banana left. No napkins.
