Clean room

My room seemed clean and tidy. My room was lacking in maintenance. Poorly fitting and functioning shower fixtures. Could not get the TV to work. Called the front desk for assistance, staff said they would send someone to my room but no one came. Very disappointed.

It smelled bad throughout the hallways and room and bathroom. Each with a different odor

Excellent, attentive staff.

-Water is freezing tried both morning and night -Beds are lumpy -Tv was in Spanish and when we changed it there were only 10 channels (all of them being new channels. Nothing for kids) -I called and asked for more blankets. My son was already asleep and I didn’t wanna come down to get them so I called down and asked if I could get them brought up and they told me that I would have to come down to get them, I am not gonna leave my sleeping son in a hotel room by himself. -Couch was worn and honestly you all need to get a new one. -Breakfast consisted of spoiled milk, out of date yogurt, make your own waffles, and cereal that tasted old. -Rat poop on beds and marks on pets from something being spilt

Staff were kind and accommodating (helped fix the broken room cards several times but remained kind and patient), there was a massive party next door which scared us since we had valuable stuff in the car and by the time the party ended our car would have been exposed and close to the street, so I was grateful that the staff permitted us to park in an open handicap spot overnight. Wasn’t a fan of the keycard for our door consistently breaking, despite keeping it away from magnetic surfaces, we had to keep asking for new cards.

Everything was good and it was nice and quiet so we had a good night sleep.

Nasty just a big no would not recommend

not well staffed for breakfast, no coffee, no fruit, the place was amess, kids allowed to get there own breakfast, it was a mess

This was an emergency stop as our other hotel had been closed. Staff was helpful at first. Rooms were not clean, area was not safe and the rooms and hallways smelled so strong of pot. I had students with me. So we left. No answer at the front desk and no one was around to visit with. I still have not been able to contact the property.

It was ok, nice place

Room was very dirty, sheets were also unclean, staff was very excellent, very nice, down to earth.

Parking. As soon as we walked into the building it smelled like weed. Waited quite some time for someone to come to the desk. The rooms are not like the pictures. Old beds, thin blanket, doors look like they've all been kicked in. Our room smelled like sewer gas and the weed smell continuously worsened. Left at 1130 pm to go to a different hotel. Called the hotel to tey to speak to someone, never got an answer

The common areas smell like smoke and pot. The entire hotel is run down. What a mistake to stay here. The breakfast is cold cereal, stale looking bagels or a waffle maker. Not even apples or bananas.
