Baymont by Wyndham Brooklyn Center

The rooms was dirty and damage, the pool was closed. The employees was rude. Breakfast isn't anything but toast eggs and cereal

Pool closed by health department. Bathroom was not cleaned, WiFi did not work entire visit. They did switch rooms but it’s was still rough.

First, the pool and hot tub were out of order which was one of the main reasons I picked this hotel. The room smelled like urine and there was someone’s face makeup left on the one of the “clean” pillowcase. One of my kids simply open the shower curtain and the rod fell off as it was half hazard sitting in holes in the wall. And there were spiders everywhere. We ended up leaving and the guy at the front desk said they would still have to charge me for the first night. I thought that was absurd but it is what it is. They refunded me for the rest of the week however my money didn’t hit my account for five days leaving me unable to get another hotel and thus having to cancel my plans with my kids. This hotel is absolutely ridiculous!

Bad

The staff were friendly. The rooms okay. The rooms smells like cigars even though it say no smoking. It’s not as clean I hope so.

We were in room 110. The toilet paper holder is almost off the wall and one can see it has been reattached to the wall. Light out over sink. No lamp in the room at the desk so dark corner. Black out curtains with small holes in it and came off the hooks when pulled shut, I put them back up.

The breakfast was marginal

Nothing!! Dirty, broken furniture, just a terrible place

Room was dirty, wall paper falling off the walls, 2 towels in a jacuzzi suite, no washing, 1 hand towel, no floor towels. Room phone was broken, TV remote did not work. Staff was rude about everything. We checked out early and into a different hotel. Hot tub for all guests did not even have water, fitness center unavailable. Parking lot had broken glass everywhere, all stairways were caution taped off and inaccessible.

Poor Pillows bad

When you walk into the lobby, all you smell is marijuana, our room was disgusting. There were hairballs on the carpet. There were brown stains on the curtains and the walls. The table was leaning and broken. The refrigerator was frozen over and stained. The air conditioner cover was laying on the floor, and the AC unit was black and covered in bugs and the shower rod was coming off the wall. Overall, the worst experience I have ever had at a Wyndham property and the desk clerk and manager were uncooperative.

Nothing there I like

There was no customer service, no room service. Did not get clean towels for the past four days. Never will I book with them. Front desk person was very rude

Place is a scam front desk clerk overnight guy scamming people credit cards and laughing about it bad place to go

Hated it drug dealers and drug addicts standing at the front doors and sleeping in the lobby. Clothes hanging off the balcony. Thrown out furniture all on the side of the hotel. Super hot in the lobby. I requested for a refund worst experience ever.
