We went to this hotel for the pool and ot was closed, no where on expedia or the hotels website did it say the pool was close. Sleeping on n the bed felt like sleeping on a pile of rocks. I got the 2 bed room and only got 2 pillows per bed. Also, don't try and use the tv, it doesn't work, there are 0 channels on it so if you want to watch something you have to bring your own inputs to hook up to the tv or just us your phone.

Walking in there are signs everywhere saying “NO VISITORS ALLOWED”. Right there was a clue this was NOT a family friendly place. The front desk guy was rude. I understand his frustration that he had to repeat himself twice because his accent and my bad hearing, but that’s not an excuse to be a jerk. After checking in and paying our deposit (thinking in our head that we can make this work. We will barely be in the room, and there’s a no cancellation policy.) we notice there is a big sign on the pool reading “Pool closed by order of the HEALTH department.” Okay great no swimming. Let’s check out the room. No comforter, two tiny pillows a bed, a nonstop leaking faucet in the bathroom, mold in the bathroom, corner, and on the curtains, and my favorite part, a broken dresser. When I say broken, the front panel of a drawer was missing with nails sticking out. This was a dangerous hazard for my toddler and my other overexcited kids. At this point we check out immediately. This place is a literal health hazard. Hotels.com will not let me tell my experience with them in the review so. 1491/1500 Next

The hotel does not match the pictures. The property had trash all over the parking lot, grass not mowed. We checked in easily. We went to the room and there were stains on the bed sheets and comforter. The dresser cabinet was missing 2 drawers and was smashed. The room smelled like cigarettes bad. I do not recommend this property. It looked like people were living there.

It was a cheap roof over head It's dirty, pool closed indefinitely by health inspection, gym not open, no channels on TV unless you get it through your phone. When I arrived they told me of the $100 deposit and charged my card the $100, now 3 days later they charged my card another $100. I was to stay 5 nights but had to leave 1 day early no credit for early departure and have now charged my card 2 times oh and I cleaned the room when we got there and before we left. We also had to buy our own towels they gave use 2 towels 1 for each person and 1 washcloth for 2 people. Definitely never going back and I better get my $200 deposit back.

Please don’t stay here. This was the worst decision I’ve ever made. Was awakened at 5:30 by a couple fighting in the hallway.

The pool is closed indefinitely. There were two of us and when we went to shower, we discovered there was only 1 towel to use. The bed wasn't made properly. The bathroom in the lobby was disgusting.

The worst experience I’ve ever had at a hotel we were traveling there for a football tournament all the way from Iowa with a group of boys that arranged from ages 9 through 11. When we arrived, the pool literally had a sign that said closed due to health code violations, which is the main thing our boys wanted to do when we got to the hotel then we all got to our room rooms and one room was literally miss i g a drawer and nails were exposed. Another room given to someone with beds not even made. It was like they didn’t even clean it before checking it out to another person. The smells throughout the hallway. We’re just horrible. It smelt like spoiled milk and old food. The front desk staff was so short with everybody. None of us felt like it was safe for us to stay there with our kids. The last thing I wanted to do was take home bedbugs or something, which is how filthy the hotel was then when asking to cancel our reservation because of how everything was the front desk staff was very rude and unprofessional. I would never ever send anybody to that hotel.

The pool was out of order, the first room they put us on when walked into the mattresses and boxsprings were off the frames and propped against the wall? We had to ask for a new room. My friend used the toilet in the lobby and they said there was fecal matter smudged on the wall/the overall cleanliness was disgusting. One of the bed sheets had blood stains on it? The blankets on each bed had burn holes in them. There was also no soap in the room, or an ironing board to go with the iron

It was close enough, but also far enough from all the craziness of downtown Minneapolis. Close to restaurants. When reserving a few weeks ahead, was never mentioned the pool was closed by the Health Department, was not offered any type of discount for that reason. Kids were looking forward to the pool. Reserved 2 rooms, Rooms were supposed to be close together but were on separate floors!! We only had one towel in the bathroom for 4 people. When we asked for an extra pillow the front desk clerk told us to come back later. Went down for breakfast and they had taken it down early even though it said until 10AM. Still waiting on my deposit back also!!

Tv provided was a roku tv that couldnt connect to the wifi network and the cable tv provided couldnt access, beds had to very small throw pillows on each bed that were as thin as could be, 1 towel for 2 people in the bathroom had to go to front desk to ask for more, breakfast area pictures listed on site showed waffle makers, all that was provided was bread for toast and scrambled eggs which were cold, had to ask staff for a 2 ounce container of juice but could only get 1 total, wires hanging from multiple areas of the ceiling in hallways on 2nd floor alone and above vending machines near the lobby. Pool area closed for whatever reason didn't even bother asking. Would not return to this location even for the price we payed would not have spent half of what I did end up paying

Room was dirty pool was closed staff did not help no TV remote in our room! Absolutely unacceptable will not stay here again!

Worst place I’ve ever stayed at in my life I genuinely would rather sleep on the side of the street.

Very kind and helpful breakfast monitor, but there was hardly anything there.

Nothing Not enough personal. The room smelled like vomit, we never got new towels. The pool was closed.
