Suburban Studios Minneapolis Brooklyn Center

Front Desk was friendly and created as well with a Smile.The Rooms where Clean and the Staff was helpful, great Air conditioning and has plenty of Parking Space overall we had a nice Stay. And mind you all this are Studios, the Kitchen is very helpful you didn't had to go out to Eat every day.

Surprised Expedia risks its reputation offering this place. Very shabby - no toilet paper rod, missing handle on end table, one-legged ironing board, skimpy towels (had to ask for them), previous guest underwear in drawer, no hangers, noisy, minimal decor. Appeared to be clean but suspect given all of above. Night rep helpful; morning rep just grunted; both could use hospitality skills training. We made a bad, last minute choice based on price. Lessons: 1) Hard to save money on same-day bookings. 2) You don’t get what you don’t pay for!

And we found roaches.. also found roaches in the freezer. I do not recommend. Everything just seemed broken or some what out of use.

Then the elevators didn't work when I came down so I had to walk back upstairs this is the worst experience I've ever had in my life

Me parecio que no tienen una buena limpieza de las habitaciones. El dia que entre a la habitación que nos dieron la cortina de la ducha esta sucia con hongo y la camsq horrible

We have stayed in worse. Sometime hard to get clean towels, washcloth and bath mat.

The room was half clean no towels till 12:00 the next day the freezer was nasty had ice all in it with something red mix with it the bathroom was half clean the tube was dirty with mold

That place was disgusting, I did not sleep there and left. They put me in a smoker room when I booked a smoke free room smh

This place is very very very terrible! I paid for 2 days at facility, when I got in the room it was very messy and nasty, I did not sleep in it, cause I couldn’t sleep in nasty room, I asked for a refund, they refused to give my money back! Please if you are looking for somewhere to stay, don’t try this hotel, it is very messy.

Horrible was just a mess in the room before I had to clean before i could even think of staying in the room and they took a month to get me back from my security deposit of one hundred dollars

No towels in the room and most rooms I stayed in didn’t have shower curtain

The place is not clean no room service the bathroom there’s no towel if you need the towel you need to get front desk

It felt so unsafe. I had to wait for staff to return to the property so I could check in because they left. It was FILTHY. The floor and room was so dirty, run-down, smelly. I left early and refused to stay there. Please never let people book here.

No entiendo como Expedia tiene este hotel dentro de su portafolio es una verdadera terrible experiencia permanecí solo 30 minutos y tuve salir por mal olor y todo estaba sucio y olor a marihuana
