The AC u it was very load and made it difficult to sleep.

Staff was attentive and helpful

The elevators which backed to most of the rooms were Extremely noisy all night long. Could hear the cables and doors open and close. And, a/c was extremely noisy. Thus, four night stay never slept an entire night the entire stay.

Convient location, nice staff,thoughtful service

Wasn’t able to get my room that I book so they up graded my floor and room which was cool.

It’s a small property, but clean and convenient. Enjoyed the free morning coffee.

Check in was delayed because the room was not ready as late as 4:30 PM. The manager took a physical tour to the availability of the trim and found a half ready one..,, the carpet at the entrance was dirty. The front desk personnel seemed a bit confused

I did stay for breakfast but the location and the view was excellent. There was nothing I didn't like.

Good location.

This hotel location is very good. One block from the subway. The AC is good but a little noisy. The pillows are low, but ask for more pillows. The bed is comfy but smaller than a queen size. The room is smaller than average. The tv is about 45 inch and good. It has youtube.

However, you will miss out on a very helpful, professional staff and a great location.

Checked out early due to flight time, so did not have breakfast but wished coffee was made available( there was a Kurig in the room but meh)

The location is great! But the staff all seemed to be preoccupied on their cell phones …all the time. One of the female staffers was extremely rude after I made several attempts to upgrade my room because I was staying 5 days. She then calls on a male manager, he said he would check on my situation, he then begins to take a personal call with his ear bug in his ear talking in a foreign language right in front of me. The two of them did not realize I was a business owner trying to conduct business and needed my room situation to be handled after being displaced for 4 hours without a room. I was so upset by their UNPROFESSIONAL behavior, I went next door to the Sheraton Hotel and booked my 4 night stay with them….the staff, including the housekeepers were different as night and day from Aloft staff!! And, the hallways were well lit and bright unlike the Aloft…their hallways are very dark and for security reasons, I don’t recommend this hotel, especially for single women traveling alone. They need a new paint job to brighten up those hallways, and an overhaul of their staff that needs monitored and held accountable for how they interact with customers. I will never say at Aloft again.
