Sheraton Brooklyn New York Hotel

There wasn’t a barrier between the showering space and the rest room. That causes water flooding inside.

Didn’t like the fact that the did not accommodate parking. Also there was no pool. Websit is misleading in reference to these ammentities.

The entire air conditioning was out for the entire building during my stay. I was offered only 10,000 in points for my inconvenience. I feel like more should have been done.

I stayed at the hotel for one night. Their AC was down the whole entire night. I had to call the front desk multiple times to get a resolution. Finally they sent someone up to check on the ac. The maintenance guy said he’s going to tell the front desk to find me another room and they will have to fix the AC the next day. If I don’t receive a phone call from the front desk in the next 10 minutes, to call the front desk. 10 minutes later, I called front desk. Their only solution was a fan because all the rooms were full. The guy also said that he will reach out to the manager to see if I could get a discount for the room since there were issues with the room. I stayed there on 6/28 and it is now 7/4. I still haven’t received an email or something from the manager apologizing for the inconvenience. That room was so hot even with the fan. I will never stay at the Sheraton again.

It was a great location but there is no parking lot for your vehicle you have to park in garage at $ 55.00

Great for our weekend in Brooklyn.

The hotel restaurant, bar and rooftop restaurant are all closed. We stayed 5 nights and none ever opened. Staff always said they’d be open tomorrow because of a private event. They never did. I was traveling with my 75 year old mother and this is one of the main reasons I chose this hotel over others so that we would always have a place to get a bite to eat or drink without more walking for her.

For example, the pool isn’t open to hotel guests?? LMAO. The rooftop bar that says they reopened in April is closed indefinitely, so you aren’t allowed up there yet they were hosting a private party on our rooftop during our stay so like…. That’s a lie. And lastly, the breakfast is WAY too overpriced for what you are given. It’s basically continental?? Should be $7 max - for $21 you can do to a full breakfast restaurant and get some real food and a drink. Like what in the worlddddddd

Nos hospedamos en este hotel con mi esposa y nuestro hijo esperando el estándar de calidad asociado a la marca Sheraton, pero la realidad fue completamente diferente. Desde nuestra llegada hubo inconvenientes. El lobby estaba ocupado por una fiesta con un nivel de ruido excesivo, lo que daba una muy mala primera impresión y hacía difícil disfrutar de un ambiente tranquilo. La primera habitación que nos asignaron tenía el aire acondicionado dañado y una presión de agua muy deficiente tanto en el lavabo como en la ducha. Reportamos inmediatamente estos problemas, pero la respuesta del personal fue poco profesional. En lugar de ofrecer soluciones, nos indicaron que la responsabilidad era de la gerencia y que ellos no podían hacer nada. Solicitamos un reembolso y fue rechazado. Al día siguiente nos cambiaron de habitación; sin embargo, el nuevo cuarto también presentaba fallas en el aire acondicionado, lo que demuestra que el problema no era aislado sino una evidente falta de mantenimiento del hotel. También habíamos pagado el desayuno incluido y fue otra gran decepción. La calidad de los alimentos era muy baja, con productos que no parecían frescos y un sabor muy por debajo de lo esperado para un hotel de esta categoría. Me falta espacio para describir lo terrible de la experiencia. Solo puedo concluir diciendo no merece ser parte de la cadena Sheraton. Fatal en todo sentido! Jamás se hospeden en él

Great location in a safe area with lots of shops/restaurants around. I could see the Statue of Liberty way off in the distance out my room window. The gym is great. The windows actually open and overlook the street and park.

Our first room had no working A/C, making it unbearably hot. We reported it as soon as we arrived, but after two sleepless nights with only a fan, our room was finally changed. The shower and sink drains in the first room were also extremely slow. The A/C in the second room worked, but it was so loud that it was still difficult to get a good night’s sleep. For the price we paid, I expected much better service and maintenance. Unfortunately, I would not stay here again and cannot recommend this hotel.

Hotel needs some upgrades.

Great location, clean rooms

The early morning (5 am) staff was very helpful. The room was clean.

We really enjoyed our stay at here and its closeness to many destinations made it a great place to stay
