Pretty decent for the area.

No facilities Location worst in brooklyn no taxi service available from hotel unable to get transport to cruise terminal other then prepaid uber

The A/C and Heater worked good

They know neighborhood. Not fancy, but clean and comfortable.

2) The beds had stains on them What's sad is that it was so unbearable that me, my daughter, and my niece had to sleep in the car. I guess I can be grateful for a toilet for us to squat over because we wouldn't dare sit on that toilet. I wish I could get a refund of my $224 because we couldn't sleep there at all. I'm extremely disappointed.

The area was ok The room was small we didn’t have a microwave we didn’t have no remote for the TV in the room had to get from the front desk. The water pressure for the shower was very low. Just not a good experience

A bit dated but works

There was no soap only one towel for two guests. The room was full of smoke smell it was a disgrace sorry to say 😐

I feel like the company could do better with the parking. Parking is extremely tight here and only holds up to about 6-7 vehicles @ a time. Little to no contact with the staff, the rooms were kept nice and clean except for the mold around the inside of the shower bottom and the shower head needed to be tightened up. The bed was very uncomfortable for sleeping for 3 days.

I had a clean room and did air conditioners. The beds were clean and the bathroom.

n/a no refrigerator in room

It was a very cozy stay stayed for about two days. Everything was clean. The staff was always here to help.

NOTHING! It was NOT a Boutique hotel as stated. It was right by huge project apts. a car tire repair garage type place and open construction site which was noisy. Horrible location and not safe to walk anywhere. When checking in the man kept telling me to read all the signs of thins not allowed, gave me a key that didn't work and after going back for new key had to go back to get wifi info. Room was dirty! Unbelievable was unflushed toilet greeted me. Dirty walls. Horrible quilt ( no blanket) that did not look like ever washed, so I slept with only thin sheet. Merely trickles of water in shower. WOULD NEVER GO BACK THERE! PLUS, ONE NIGHT COST $200!
