Very nice staff, room clean . Pool not opened and hasn’t been for a while, it was green. They had a sign that showed on their site pool closed but not on Travelocity site. Disappointed due to looking forward to be able to use it. Breakfast very good.

We couldn't stay, because they advertised an open pool that was closed, so we had to keep our promise to our grandkids at another hotel.

The desk manager when we checked in was awesome. The breakfast was okay. The room was basically clean but dated. We could have used more bath towels. We could have used more bath towels. The room looked dated and needed fresh paint, etc. The water was hot but the tub/shower needed some help.

I sent an entire message about this to Customerservice. We booked this hotel specifically for the outdoor pool after a long day of travel with two kids age of seven and three. The pool was not open and the staff had no information about why or why booking.com didn't have the information or their website didn't show that information. It was very disappointing. We booked the best hotel specifically for the outdoor pool.

Our room and bathroom were very clean. AC was wonderful. Room was spacious. The bed and pillows are very comfortable. Christina at the front desk was always warm, friendly, cheerful and helpful- no matter the time of day. She is a HUGE plus to this location. Breakfast was exceptional for a "hotel breakfast." Suggestion: More lights are needed on the side of the room above the fridge/TV/dresser area. Too dark on that side of the room.
