The front desk staff was excellent; however, had issues with our reservation and room. We went up to room. To our surprise the room was already occupied, we walked in on sleeping guests. Front desk was very helpful and we had to wait about an hour to “get it straightened “ out. I expected an apology from management, none ever came.

We booked this property based on the highlights which mentioned a seasonal pool and southern breakfast. We booked 3 rooms. 1 room didn't have a working exhaust. Another room had a leaking fridge so we had to change both rooms. The receptionist said the outdoor pool was closed by cementing off after the new management took over. Also the breakfast was the worst we experienced anywhere. They only served cereal (which ran out on day 2 of our stay), omelette, muffins and yogurt. There was no bread, cream cheese, oats, waffle maker and most importantly NO FRUITS!!! Who has a breakfast with no bread or fruits? When we complained, the receptionist told us they Marriott management doesn't allow them to order more breakfast. I am really curious to know if all other Marriott hotels serve such measy meals. Anyway I would never come back here.
