Price Musty smell in the room

Nothing! Hotel was loud...has no pool..and the staff were completely useless Everything!!!

The staff were amazing. The Hotel was packed with families with lots of children. My husband and I were on the first floor and there was a family with kids above us running. The young lady at the desk, a sweet blonde haired young lady (I forgot her name) handled the issue. She was outstanding!

The beds were pretty comfortable, staff was friendly and the location was good The breakfast was awful just some egg patties folded over with cheese, they all had cheese, some of my children can’t eat dairy and there were no non cheese eggs available, no fresh fruit, 2 options for cereal both stale and some yogurts and sausage links that’s all. I know breakfast is complimentary but there were zero options. You got, cheese egg patty, links and stale cereal. We go on vacations frequently and have never had such a disappointing breakfast both mornings. The building and our room smelled bad almost like there was a sewage issue, they’re doing construction there at the moment so the pool is permanently closed (not disclosed online) they’re in the middle of changing owners (new business) it’s not even a “best western” anymore also should have been disclosed at booking. No one ever came and cleaned up our room while we were out, ( we didn’t put a do not disturb sign up, we needed some new linen) no new bedding or towels. The floors and walls are so thin/poorly made you can hear people above and beside you walking around, it even awoke us from sleep it was so loud above us. Would not stay here again it’s very affordable but it’s not the best quality.

Great hotel, very clean, and helpful staff

Front desk staff was friendly and helpful My rooms were changed without my consent. I requested two rooms w/ 2 queen beds and received 2 rooms w/ 1 king bed & a sleeper sofa. The property was clean and is in a cincuenta location to some fast food restaurants and a gas station. Not far from the major attractions. Quiet location with other surrounding hotels. It is like “hotel” city there with 5 or 6 surrounding hotels and 4 fast food places. The down side is there is NO POOL. This was one of the amenities we actually wanted for the kids. It is listed they have a pool, but the pool has been closed and they are filling it in with cement. If I would have known that I actually would have booked elsewhere. The breakfast is not the best unless you just want yogurt. Better off going to the Burger King for breakfast.

The location was great. We didn’t get there until almost midnight, due to the weather. I do wish Newsmax was available on the tv.

Breakfast was good. I liked the special coffee machinge.

While we were there breakfast was not an option but they accommodated letting us eat at other hotels. We couldn’t connect to the tv which is not a huge deal but a downside and but the rooms were really clean. I would stay again.

The room was clean and large. The bed was very comfortable. The provider breakfast was simple but adequate.

Good property with pleasant staff. Nothing really special but a nice sized room with your normal amenities. Wouldn’t want to spend a week there but it was fine for an overnight on our way home from FL.
