Friendly staff, clean room. Felt like a safe and easily accessible area.

A Choice hotel in a great location. Clean rooms, comfy beds, clean shower, friendly staff, and only a few minutes down the highway from just about any type of restaurant you can think of. I'd definitely stay here again.

Rooms are clean. The staff is friendly, very accommodating.I enjoyed the breakfast. There are a number of restaurants within walking distance. However, not a lot of shopping places within walking distance. Over all a great stay, would stay again and also recommend.

Overall stay was good, but the room smelled like the toilet was backed up. And the room was so humid our clothes and bed sheets were damp.

The worst hotel at a ridiculously high price. As soon as I entered the room, the smell of cigarettes was strong (in a supposedly no-smoking hotel). The stench all night was horrific! Although I checked in as soon as was permissible (3PM), I was given a room directly across from the LOUD elevator. There must've been other rooms available at that early hour! This hotel offered no bottled water for sale. There were no snacks for sale at all. The breakfast ran out of eggs by 8:15AM when there was supposed to be breakfast offered until 9:30. Horribly unfriendly young woman at the desk when I checked out. Obviously, she didn't want to be there. This hotel was contrasted with the very fine Comfort Inn in northern KY near Cincinnati. High marks for them...but not THIS place near Shepherdsville KY.

I will say, the carpet in the room seems a little dingy. But otherwise the rooms were clean. The fridge worked well.. the freezer even froze our ice packs each night that we needed for ADA purposes. Might want to bring your own pillow if you're particular. The pillows were lacking a bit. This was a great location in regards to the festival grounds.. If you have a vehicle. We stayed and picked up trash at the end each night to let traffic die down. only took about twenty minutes to get to the hotel. Very safe area with restaurants and nicer gas stations in walking distance. Waffle House is on this exit, too, for late night grub! Overall, this was a great choice for LTL. If we go back to Louisville, this is where we will stay. :)

The hotel location is great, close to lots of food and gas, and short drive to bigger shopping/event spots. The staff was very nice and helpful. Everything seemed to be very clean, I’m just docking a star for two very specific things. 1. is the room smell (really isn’t a huge deal since it’s clean and everything else was great but it was rough the first day) 2. the vending situation is pretty rough (but again there is a super close gas station so not terrible just something to be aware of)

some of the worker didn't SPEAK English, not helpful, no place to relax outside, no benches, no balcony to sit, breakfast too early 6:30 to 9:30, ON a SCALE of 5 is high 4, no pool.

They stay was remarkable I enjoyed every moment o was there. Me and my family

The breakfast was very basic with limited choices, we had two rooms book, with neither TV in working condition.

Someone bent the towel bar badly trying to get out of tub! Fix it!!

Everything about this property was great: room, breakfast, staff. Will definitely stay here again in the future!
