Hot water was luke warm every morning, so showering was uncomfortable. This facility needs some major upgrades

I loved this Hotel. We had three different rooms and they were able to accommodate getting us next to each other. The breakfast was good, but I wish they had more options. The staff was amazing, especially putting out free water, hand sanitizer, granola bars, and other stuff for us fest goers. It did not go unnoticed. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

The staff was amazing. The hotel was very nice and clean. I removed a star because our room had a very musty smell when we walked in. The room would get very humid for some reason even with the air on full blast to the point where your sheets felt damp. We stayed 5 nights and it was like that the whole time. It could be because we were so close to the pool? When you looked out our window less than 5 feet away was the window for the room with the pool.

Easy check in. Clean room. Mostly quiet ( occasionally hear a door close in the hall). Excellent breakfast. Bed was a bit too soft for me but wife loved it.

The pancakes left burnt pieces on plate as they came out, and they were tiny. The staff was awesome, the pool was great. The coffee was delicious, The refrigerator froze everything on lowest setting, pretty sure it ruined my medication. The beds were great, except so high I had trouble getting into it. I'm only 5'2 lol, But I would stay again

The front desk clerk was good and nice. But let me tell ya the manager Chelsie tomblin was useless. Her front desk clerk let her know that her hotel was out of laundry supplies and nothing was done. I went and got my own. Just to come back to find out they had no quarters. Then the front desk clerk asks permission to get change and she told him NO. She said I needed to leave again and get my own change at a different business. The hotel was out of towel and I had to keep asking for pool towels etc. it was not a prepared hotel for a holiday. And the manager did NOTHING to help her staff. Managers are suppose to manage their property. She did nothing to help her properties issues. The front desk was helpful and tried to address any issues that came up. The manager nothing. Pool area is old looking and could use remodeling.

I was up there for work and everyone was AMAZING! The breakfast staff were always so friendly and the food was great! Shout outs to everyone at the Front Desk!!! Hannah and Bailey stand out because they took care of all my reservation and room issues like they REALLY wanted me to be happy and not hassled during my stay! That means so much for someone living in a hotel over a month. They are ROCK STARS!!! Room was clean and everything was great!

Overall, this was an excellent 2 day stay. Our room was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was excellent.
