Breakfast was delicious and so convenient to have every morning with different options every day! Staff was always helpful and friendly, greeting and wishing us a good day/night as we pass by. Room was clean and comfortable! Very pleasant stay. Will definitely be staying again as I have friends in Louisville that I visit regularly.

The hotel was fine and the staff was good but the bed in the room I stayed was horrible. I spoke with the front desk and she really didn't seem to care and was dismissive to my terrible night sleep. She said all the beds are the same.

The team was great! The 3rd shift is in training, when we arrived. What I LOVED, is the Manager that was doing the training was fun, thorough, and provided what a new employee needed. The new hire seemed to be a perfect match for the job… friendly, smart, and genuine. It was a great place to stay and a great team that treated us so well! Clean, friendly, and exceeded our expectations! I will stay there again, when in Louisville.
