When we stayed, hotel was under a "remodel". First room has poor quality and shower leaking to below room. Had to switch rooms. 2nd room had not been fully renovated. Quality of remodel was very bad. Shower would not stay hot, no shelves to put shampoo bottles/razors. Shower Head would move. Water would leak out of shower area into bathroom area. The one nice thing was the bed was comfortable. if in the area, it gets the job done for somewhere to sleep.

At the time I stayed at this property there was a great deal of remodel and repair going on. Areas were roped off in the parking lot, cardboard boxes of new stuff sitting in the lobby, etc. The room I received was exceptional, and nice and clean. The outside windows were covered with plastic for exterior painting, but the room itself was very good. All this with a free breakfast!

It was gross. Locks on doors were broken. Breakfast was cereal and a waffle. Rooms smelled and bathrooms were unclean

A renovation was taking place without telling me

Hotel was being remodeled. And several careless people had crashed into the pillars out front. Not the fault of the hotel. It was a very safe location where i could go walking in the evening. More of a country setting which i calming after a long drive or work. Staff was helpful in getting me a downstairs room. Beds were comfortable and room was clean.

The hotel had NO POOL NO GYM, no maid service, I asked 3 times for towels and had to go get them myself. The breakfast was very small. The carpet was dirty. The room the curtains were torn. 32 inch TV. I will not stay there again

The room was clean and very recently renovated. The staff was cordial and efficient. Breakfast was continental style with sufficient items to start the day. Parking was easy and the hotel was close to the interstate.

I have photos and videos showing the human feces and urine, animal urine, dead and living mice, bugs, drywall all over the floor, shredded (not simply torn) Curtains, overwhelming stale cigarette smoke smell, animal kennel smell, room not even cleaned

Not happy about the gentleman at check in he did not seem to understand privacy, I have a breathing condition I’m self conscious about he pointed out and offered to call an ambulance, then I forgot my phone there, while calling it to look for it he answered. This is an invasion of privacy, which has now given me no reason to trust the staff here.

When I entered the room the first time, I found the sliding window wide open, and there was no s teen on the window. And to think they had the nerve to charge $200/night. I will never stay here again.

Beds were comfortable and refrigerator worked well. It was quiet except for mid-morning construction work. Surprisingly, renovation trash was being wheeled right through the dining area, which wasn’t ideal. Breakfast was ok. There were waffles, toast, muffins, yogurt, cereal and biscuits with gravy. Out of all that, only the 2% milk tasted “off” to us. We applaud the hotel’s renovation attempt. It will look great when finished. If you can get your room at a good price here, don’t hesitate. But they need to finish many renovation details before it’s fully operational, in our opinion.

This time I am going to request a refund; I feel scammed because you booked me into a hotel that is under construction without even letting me know beforehand. Everything was very dirty and reeked of construction work and filth; plus, there was a lot of noise. They don't have breakfast either—just coffee, and that's it. All in all, a very bad experience.
