Comfort Suites West Indianapolis - Brownsburg

The only thing could be good and it didn't

Being next to the highway made the sleeping difficult

Other than the pool being ice cold especially for an indoor pool the stay was good! I don’t think I have ever been in a hotel pool that was so incredibly cold!

The beds were not very comfortable but the breakfast was good and the room was very cool (which is what we wanted) despite the high temperatures. The water pressure/temperature was good. We stayed one night as a stopping place between travels.

The room was well appointed and clean. Breakfast options were good as well. Definitely will visit again when we are in the area.

This was a quick stay but the property was in a convenient location, was well maintained with a helpful staff.

We enjoyed our stay! My daughters specifically loved their time in the pool.

Awesome

The room was clean & staff was helpful & pleasant I would highly recommend this establishment to others.

We had a great time at your hotel. We had two rooms next to each other and both were comfortable and clean. The breakfast was delicious and always filled. Thank you such a great night to come and watch the Fever!

Clean, polite staff. Could be quieter, the traffic is a little heavy.

Everything about the hotel was just perfect.

Clean hotel Unfortunately there was too much road noise.... trucks on highway right outside the window

Clean rooms, friendly staff

checked in the first room and it wasn't made up from the night before. Breakfast, no milk of any kind, very, very watery apple and orange juice. The mustard was extremely old and hard, we stayed at the same place the prior week and the mustard was still the same packets. No attendant. The coffee was luke warm. Not sure but it seemed like they really skimped on everything, including the help. Ice maker on second floor did not produce ice. Lots of little things that added up

Good location - resonanle

The hotel was well maintained.

Walk way around pill had paint peeling all over.

The only negatives were the elevator could definitely be replace with a more modern and smooth operating one. Also, they did not service our room on our second day. This is very important to me. I want my beds made and the bathroom serviced every day. The most frustrating part was having to listen to the traffic all night. When we reserved the room I did not realize there was a freeway directly behind the hotel. Overall the stay was fairly nice.

Room was pretty good. Shower has a little mold in it. Hallways smelled, but the room was okay. Breakfast was good. Enjoyed the eggs, bacon, and biscuits. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Overall a pretty good stay.
