Staff was great and biscuits and gravy were delicious No heated pool. My kids couldn’t even enjoy it! And the beds were hard as rocks

Road noise was terrible. Air condition in our room was broken and it was over 80°in our room. It was after 10pm before the issue was resolved.

my most concen was cleanliness, toilet was dirty , bathroom floor, AC fan was very noisy , when it comes on wake me up

1st room we checked into was terrible! Carpets were wet. Tile floor was slippery from some residue. So I asked to move rooms and we did. Well that rooms A/C sounded like it was going to come apart! By that time it was already 10-13:00pm and we had our 3 yr old with us. So we just dealt with it. So my advice is. Have them walk you to the room and inspect it. Not offered anything else just thank you for letting them know…..

1. First room given had super slippery bathroom floor like baby oil. Requested and was granted a new room. 2. New room had TV that was unplugged (couldn't get hand behind furniture to plug it back in), broken TP holder, broken thermostat, slow draining shower, someone else's long hair all over tub/shower. 3. Breakfast area had moldy fruit 4. Parking area has semi trailer and other trucks/trailers hogging large amount of parking (over 12 spots). They shouldn't have been allowed to stay parked there. There are better options in the area...suggest staying elsewhere.
