The location was good for what we were there for. Check-in staff acted like we were bothering her. Room door looked like someone tried to pry it open, bathroom door didn't close, water pressure was terrible, toilet water stayed yellow, breakfast was mediocre. Check out staff was eating breakfast at the desk, parking hard to find. I felt like the room should have been half the price.

Overall, I thought my stay was very good. The first room I was in - the toilet wouldn't flush, but the staff didn't waste any time moving me to another room. However, the carpet was very dirty. I actually threw away the socks that I used to walk on the carpet. The carpet looks visibly old, or maybe could use a deep cleaning.

Fridge was very tiny. Tile floors were extremely slippery.

I spent $800+ for 5 nights. Tubs are slippery and they did not have bath mats-they were having vendor issues. Then the day before check out, we ran out of toilet paper went down to the front desk was told they were out. I asked how that can happen and she said I don’t know. I just work here so for the last day and next morning, it was tissues we used. She didn’t even bother to go to an unused room to get us a roll of toilet paper to get us through our stay. Very disappointing do better Hilton.
