Super 8 by Wyndham Brownsburg

We booked this hotel just to sleep overnight and didn’t want to spend a lot. Despite the manager being very friendly, the room was pretty awful. Smelled musty, everything was dirty and it just felt gross. We didn’t even shower in the morning because the shower curtain was dirty. It’s a shame that the owners don’t care enough to keep their rooms clean.

The staff are so sweet and accommodating. When o wanted to extend my stay they made sure I stayed in the same room so I didnt have to shuffle around. Always nice when I have a question

We were denied our stay and not provided a refund. We were denied our stay because we had pets despite the hotel marketing itself as pet friendly.

For a Super 8, it was good. The staff were outstanding and very nice people. The value was great. It wasn't a five star hotel, but for what it was, it exceeded it's expectations. It was very quiet and clean and accessible to the Walmart, which was literally in the backyard, which was great. I would consider staying here again.

Convenience

All was fine and good

The gentleman at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and I wasn't worried about anything but the room was in need of a little repair. Could use some new paint, you could wee where people with dirty hands leaned against the wall to bend over. The bathroom needed some new caulk and paint.

Parking was safe and convenient to our event we attended. English spoken by staff was poor and room was just okay and not what I would expect for the money. Woke to a flooded room the second morning because refrigerator thawed that we did not use. Bathroom was sketchy with stains that made you not feel clean after a shower. Free breakfast shouldn't be advertised unless you are feeding birds. I will not book with them again. Fyi the air conditioner did work as expected.

The building is a older building but was well maintained inside and out. Outside lighting was very good. It was very convenient to services and food places.

Location Room was nothing like the pictures online. Very dirty, shower curtain had mold on it, feces on the bathroom wall, killing spiders everywhere, there was a qtip next to the wall that looked like it was there for 20 years

Let me start by saying I do not like leaving bad reviews, and thefront desk staff was great, friendly and helpful, Unfortunately the property needs some TLC, our room was bad. Holes in the wall in bathroom, not sure how curtain rod was even hanging, the water spout was very loose, different color paints, floor were sticky. The door had exposed metal from where something was removed but it was sharp and sliced my husband finger. The bed was very hard and there was not even a coffee pot. For the money spent to spend the weekend was not worth it sadly.

Very old and outdated. Online pictures don't seem current. AC works but very noisy. Room wasn't clean. Couple who cleaned were very old and couldn't get around very well.

Friendly staff There were spider webs all over hanging from the ceiling, we didn’t even shower because it was so nasty and dirty.

Absolutely disgusting. Stains everywhere and on everything. The door barely closed and the lock was loose that it didn’t feel safe. Didn’t take off shoes because it was gross. Ended up just leaving and not staying because it was so gross. Nice town, though!

Staff is awesome, always friendly and helpful. The automatic lights in the room I had seemed to come on and go off like they have a mind of their own sometimes.
