Super 8 by Wyndham Brownsburg

I do not have any reference for surrounding area as we slept and left.

Door handles broken, shower curtain rod was ripped out of wall, hair on comforter and toilet, fridge barely worked and took days to cool water, wall plugs are worn out.

Walls were paper thin, could hear a LOT of traffic outside. Beds were not queen size so hard to fit 2 adults comfortably.

Service and location

We booked this hotel just to sleep overnight and didn’t want to spend a lot. Despite the manager being very friendly, the room was pretty awful. Smelled musty, everything was dirty and it just felt gross. We didn’t even shower in the morning because the shower curtain was dirty. It’s a shame that the owners don’t care enough to keep their rooms clean.

The staff are so sweet and accommodating. When o wanted to extend my stay they made sure I stayed in the same room so I didnt have to shuffle around. Always nice when I have a question

We were denied our stay and not provided a refund. We were denied our stay because we had pets despite the hotel marketing itself as pet friendly.

For a Super 8, it was good. The staff were outstanding and very nice people. The value was great. It wasn't a five star hotel, but for what it was, it exceeded it's expectations. It was very quiet and clean and accessible to the Walmart, which was literally in the backyard, which was great. I would consider staying here again.
