Quality Inn & Suites Brownsburg - Indianapolis West

This property was fine for a quick overnight, but was showing its age in places.

The breakfast was ok. The only problems that I had was the vending machines were not filled and the ceiling over the tub had mildew.

I like the location. Was a pet friendly motels. Nice areas to walk the dog. Nice and clean with a good size room. We were put on the second floor and as older people taking our luggage up was a bit hard without an elevator. The afternoon clerk was somewhat drab and a smile would improve her a lot. I guess that is just her personality.

Willing to give an extended hour prior to checkout No front desk person on several occasions during two day stay. & keys did not work on multiple occasions

Jacuzzi couldn’t be used because stopper was damaged. Pull out mattress was very uncomfortable and flat. Had to ask for linens and pillows even though number of guests was accurate in the booking. Overall the room was in poor condition/ poorly maintained. No attention to detail. All three lamps had different colored light bulbs

Very clean and a nice breakfast with hot & cold options.

Bed was comfortable Paid for whirlpool room and the tub was moldy and the water turned brown so I couldn’t use it

Breakfast was fine - several choices and hot/cold as applicable. We were upstairs with no elevator - which wasn't clear on the website. I chose it so my young grandchildren could swim after a day at the Zoo. We arrived, very hot and ready to swim and were told the pool wasn't open - and might not be all evening. I let them know that was the only reason we chose it, but it was something about chemicals. They did call later when it was open, but we had another event scheduled and couldn't swim until 7 - and the pool closed at 8. The next day we were told it was closed again so we ate breakfast and left. It was a very disappointing stay, and will not be repeated.

Easy to get to the hotel, the room was very clean, and the beds were comfortable. And the free breakfast was very good

Breakfast was good. Liked the jacuzzi tub. Weird smell in the room and hallway. Bathroom door has seen better days lol.

Room was clean. Staff was nice. Breakfast was good. Older hotel. Needs some up dating.

All was good.

Breakfast was ok; had eggs and sausage. Ice machine worked well. No fresh fruit at breakfast. No elevator and we weren’t asked if had a preferred floor so had to haul our bags up stairs. Shampoo and conditioner squeeze bottles in shower were disgustingly dirty and conditioner was empty.

Also some sugar free syrups. Would be nice have change in breakfast menu.

Room had a musty odor. No fan in bathroom

The desk clerk was rude. Acted like we were an inconvenience. The outside side door where our room was located was broken and anyone could enter hotel. Should be locked and only a room key should be able to open it. I was traveling with my 17year old granddaughter with no male with us. I did not feel secure in our room due to the unlocked broken door. We double locked our door and was glad to leave in the morning.

Location close to I74. Horrible stay! We chose this hotel because of the good reviews and location. It did not match the reviews at all! The check-in staff looked like it was a burden to get off his chair and never smiled and gave one-word grumbled answers. The bed was so hard, we might as well have slept on the floor. The bathroom had a hole in the ceiling and mold around the tub. The neighboring room had a huge crowd who were very loud and partying all night long. We could not possibly sleep and so just ended up leaving in the night, thus, not getting our full stay, not getting sleep before a very long drive, and not getting their breakfast! The staff only asked the group to quiet down but did nothing to enforce it. We travel a lot and by far this was our worst hotel experience! Do not stay here!
