Great stay. Clean and very nice staff Key card issues but front desk fixed quickly

Location , that’s about the only thing. Staff Bed very uncomfortable Breakfast was ridiculously bad

Comfort of the bed Could not connect to wifi and everything in the room seemed outdated. Remote control was very hard to use to change channels and no streaming services for tv.

I booked this room for the bed and the jetted tub. The bed is just springs and the jets are caked in dirt. My back is still sore from the bed. There were also bugs crawling on the inside of the curtains. It was very disappointing.

Very clean, quiet, and roomy with a good breakfast. Convenient access just off I-74 with several restaurants in the vicinity.

Exceptional

This was my third time to stay in the last four months and everything had always been great but this stay the lady at the front desk must of been having a bad day because didn’t greet us with a warm Welcome, very grumpy. All in all that will not keep me from staying again because who knows if she will be there the next time. Would recommend this place to my friends.

So the ice machine was down the woman behind the desk at night didn't seem very helpful. How do you seem very dismissive and kind of angry. It seems counterproductive to have somebody like that working your front desk.

Staff helpful, Breakfast okay. Overall clean could use some deep clean in room was in cobwebs in corner but OR evs tech so these things pop out to me.. Very hard water or rust in water heater as got room with jetted tub and water was yellow. Even after trying let water run a minute it was yellow. Even shower water dried skin out.

I will say that the bed was comfortable when we finally did get in our room. The room could use some updating but it was clean and we did have a good night's rest.

The sheets for the sofa bed were not clean, the breakfast was not great.

Very nice location with a couple of restaurants close by. Clean. Safe. Lots of grass to walk the dog. Hot shower with lots of pressure. Comfortable bed and pillows. Con: Slow internet, almost unuseable. Good breakfast.

Location There was no elevator on the property!! My wife doesn’t use stairs, there were no available rooms on the first floor. Because we were traveling, we arrived later in the evening and could not cancel and get our money back! The lady at the front desk was not helpful or sympathetic! My wife had a VERY hard time making it up the stairs!! We will not be back!!!

The breakfast is decent. The staff was friendly and I like the location. This was the first time in 3 or 4yrs that the pool was open. I wish I'd have known.. It needs a remodel badly. The rooms and bathrooms have gotten progressively worse over the last 3yrs I've stayed there. The shower was awful the bed was overly firm. The bathtub was cracked. I'll be looking for a different place to stay next year.
