I have never experienced this level of disrespect and unprofessional behavior at a hotel. During our stay at Quality Inn & Suites Brownsburg - Indianapolis West, a front desk employee yelled and cursed at me during an argument. Instead of de-escalating the situation or addressing the way his employee was speaking to a guest, the manager sided with him and refused to even apologize for the behavior. The situation became so uncomfortable that the police were called and became involved. After speaking with everyone, the police told us we were allowed to return to the hotel. At that point, however, I no longer felt comfortable staying there. I told the manager that all I wanted was an apology for the way we had been treated. They refused. I then asked for a refund because we were leaving and would not be staying at the hotel. I was told I would have to call back regarding the refund. As we were walking out, the same front desk employee made another disrespectful comment in front of his manager, telling us, “You’re not getting a refund.” The fact that he felt comfortable saying this in front of management says a lot about how this property is being run. We ended up leaving the hotel instead of staying the night. I understand that disagreements can happen between customers and employees. What I do not accept is a hotel employee yelling, using profanity toward a guest, and continuing to make disrespectful comments while management stands there and allows it. I have escalated this matter and requested that the incident be formally investigated. I sincerely hope ownership and Choice Hotels review what happened, including any available front desk/lobby surveillance footage, and take appropriate action. Based on how we were treated, I cannot recommend this hotel.

Location near interstate

Room was clean but dated. Poor breakfast. Coffee was undrinkable
-
Room was clean. Bathroom was dated and needed anti slip mat or texture in jetted tub to use shower. We had a table in the kitchenette area but no chair. Breakfast was just ok and girl restocking items was more in to her phone than servicing the breakfast bar. Location was great, close to everything we needed.

Unfortunately, the front desk staff was not very helpful or empathetic during the situation. While we spent nearly an hour trying to resolve the issue with our reservation, the employee appeared more focused on ordering food than assisting us. Even though the reservation problem may not have been the hotel's fault, the lack of communication, professionalism, and customer service made an already stressful situation much worse.

Breakfast was good, the room was nice, it rained so I didn't use the pool,

Great value for the money! The hotel was very clean, breakfast was great and the staff was super friendly. Highly recommend.!!!
-
The room was small but clean. Had a slight hint of a smoke odor even though it was a non smoking room. The ceiling in the bathroom was coming apart but overall not a bad place for all the longer we spent in the room daily. The free breakfast was not good. But there are plenty of places close to eat. Would stay again

We had 2 rooms reserved. Our room was average....not super clean but not extremely dirty. My sister's room was gross. The fold out sofa had food and toys all over the mattress. We had 1 thin sheet and a pillow for the fold out--my sister's room had zero options for the foldout. No blankets at all and she didn't even get a sheet or pillow. She called the front desk 3 times to ask them for bedding. When she told them what she wanted she got complete silence on the other end of the phone--all 3 times. She never received the bedding. We were on the very end of the 1st floor and the door to the outside was permanently blocked open so no security whatsoever. I won't stay there again.

The breakfast was very good. Standard fare executed perfectly. Also had sugarfree yogurt which gets bonus points!
-
Clean quiet great breakfast price The person at desk on evening shift was difficult to understand
-
Our room smelled musty, cobwebs, the bathtub had hair all over in it, and the bathroom was under construction with exposed drywall. Yikes.
-
Better breakfast than what I expected for this small hotel.
-
The wifi kept dropping and I had to sign in multiple times. The microwave wasn't plugged in. There was damage to the bathroom door and the bathroom ceiling over the shower was peeling and appeared to be growing mold. Housekeeping only cleans and offers new towels every three days. Everything else was ok. The staff was decent. The free breakfast was edible.
