Terrible

Parking was good, staff was good, air conditioner was too noisy, refrigerator was full of ice, wifi was good.

This place was so disgusting mold on pillows , black mold on the curtain above the a/c , tub had dirty foot prints in there, I have pictures and videos of the bed sheet cover staying stuck and peeling off the bed. I will have this place shut down by posting it over media.

Place is very run down , damp smelling rooms , pool was dry , area look very dirty , i didnt even stay the night we left .

If you’re looking for something cheap and don’t care about the condition, and this is the place for you, I only stayed here because I was working in the area good if you’re only gonna sleep at night there and not be there all day

I loved

Stayed here before and this time around was pretty not good. Most of the outlets didn’t work so had a bit of a hard time charging anything. Tv took a while to find and get used to. Light will flicker a bit before working. Didn’t stay long mainly for sleep and a shower. Also pool was out so was a bit disappointed. Good about it location was near everywhere needed to be. Also is the usual stay hopefully next time is much better. Did like the parking lot had allot of light and the room was smoke free(stayed on other motels 6 that say smoke free and stink of cigarette).I do recommend due to location but need a bit either of update or renovation.

This was a nightmare of a hotel! The woman at the front office was so nice and helpful though. It was dirty everywhere, even the beds had DEAD insects between the sheets. One of the AC units leaked water making half of the room inaccessible. The restrooms had mold and the tub was full of mud and stains, and do not get me started on the toilet! FULL of pubic hairs. I do not think they ever clean any of those rooms, they stink horribly like wet air and weed. I do not recommend staying here even for ONE night. It is one of the most disgusting places I have ever had to stay at. I cannot fit into words how dirty and unkept this whole place is. It looks like it is falling apart!

I didn't enjoy my stay

Pictures looked nothing like the actual thing..how are you guys going to charge me $450 for a week stay and the pool not even be clean, pool “out of maintenance” no discount was offered, and on top of that, our supposed “smoke free” room smelled like cigarettes. As well as having the courtesy (NOT) by providing us with mold and residue on the bathtub corners. there were mysterious stains on the beds and of course, I found beard hairs on both one of the beds. absolutely disgusting ! overall not happy with the place one bit there needs to be more honesty with these reviews and pictures!

Booked this room after a late Friday night on SPI. Booked it while leaving SPI and was able to check-in no problem after a short 25-30 minute drive to Brownsville. Room was nice, clean, and well-kept (see below). Overnight noise was very quiet. I did have a problem getting the shower to work; I pushed and pulled and twisted the handle but just wouldn't turn on. Ended up putting soap on a towel and washing up that way. I informed the front desk and they said the shower works just need to really pull on the handle. I had tried that the first time but felt i was going to break it. Also, in the morning the bedroom floor was wet, and there was a large depression beside the bed that had water in it. Any clothes i left out hanging also felt damp. I don't know what happened there; maybe the a/c was not drying the room properly. Overall, i would stay again if i was in a pinch and needed a room for the night.

Nothing Everything was very bad, the pool looked like a pit

The front desk person was very rude she made me cancel my trip because I had reserved a handicap room and they had already rented them out she said that's not her problem that's what I get for using booking.com

The Pool was not working nor the elevador.

Restroom was dirty. The bedsheets had yellow stains. Will not stay there ever.

clean and good space to rest

Just gross all the way around. The type of place you feel you need a shot of penicillin after staying there. Toilet didn't flush correctly. Dirty windows couldn't even see outside.

The hotel room was not as described was not maintained very well, tiles were broken in the bathroom. Refrigerator didn’t get cold.. room was not very presentable. Paint was peeling.. The pool was not maintained very well could not use amenities.. just all around a bad experience was requesting a refund

They couldn't find my reservation the lobby was hot and dim. The pool was closed and the elevator didn't work. We did not stay there.

Las instalaciones ya estan muy deterioradas.
