Restroom tub has a brown crust. Not sure what it was. I didn’t touch it to find out. I stayed in the 3rd floor Friday to Sunday morning. The whole time there was a strong smell of pot and the rooms had the “no smoking” signs outside. Hallway was dirty, mats outside the elevador was dirty the whole weekend. This used to be a good motel… 10 years ago. Pool was closed. Not that I was gonna use it. But I heard a lot of ppl were not happy about it.

Room was suppose to a non-smoking room but yet still smelled like an ash tray..Wanted to enjoy the pool but it was closed, looked like a swamp in Louisiana..In the elevator corridor bags of trash..Totally not returning to this location

Stay was frindley and welcoming

Pool was closed in days we stayed. Dirty, wet and slippery floor in first room. Moved to another room no batteries on TV remote, fridge did not cool enough. Bathroom extractor very noisy. Only 3 small towels in bathroom. Helpful staff moved us room promptly and provided a replacement for TV remote.

Hotel was clean, nice staff but in the room, there is a lot of humidity, smells bad, specially for the kids, it made my kids cough almost all night.

Smell bad the a/c made lot’s of noise old building but I guess if you’ll don’t have enough money it’s okay for a day or two

The room was dirty. The floors were wet with condensation. Hotel staff were great.

Not very clean room, restroom, nor hallway but the staff was excellent and the room kitchenette was good

The motel is an really great stay for the price.

Each room only has 2 very small pillows and they say they said they have no extra pillows. Very strange. Overall , I'd stayed here again

The whole hotel is infested with roaches. I am not even exaggerating, I have pictures and videos. The rooms, restrooms, bed sheets and everything was dirty & stinky. I had no option but to stay the four days I was there because no other hotels or airbnb’s had availability the days I stayed. My family and I bearly slept because of how unsanitary, unsafe, and uncomfortable it was. I spoke to the manager and he just laughed it off. I knew right there, nothing was going to happen. Everything is dirty from the lobby to the rooms. The room had fridges and the fridge was full of rust from the outside and inside. HORRIBLE experience. I hope corporate does something because this unacceptable. I know for a fact and because I was present that more than 6 people complained about the conditions of the hotels. Roaches coming out of the walls. My money was poorly spent. The only good thing I will say, is that Jose was the only one concerned and went above and beyond to help me.
