Basic amenities good for price.

Pool is not working, and seems like they will never get it fixed. Place is not clean

The experience was utterly disappointing a dissatisfying. 1st off the whole lobby and building did not have central ac only in the room, once we entered the room we noticed immediately the room was in need of remodeling, there was rust in the corners of the walls and hard spotted old paint tracks all over the walls , the bathroom had a rusted beer bottle opener which i have no idea whats the use for it and even the usb chargers on the headboards of the bed had rust in them. The place smelled like pure bleach leading me to think that the room was just drenched in bleach for the next guess to come in, bathtub floor had streaks of cement or another type of solvent on the floor that the water did not and could not drain away, only two towels for the bathroom, one had a very noticeable orange stain. We then headed towards the a/c and there was dead roach right underneath. At this point we were not happy in staying here at all. decided to stay and made sure to leave asap in the morning. A while passed and i decided to get a snack a the vending machine and every single item inside was $3.00 no wonder the machine was fully stocked so I decided to go back and explain to my wife and when im telling her this a cockroach fell from the ceiling and landed on her. I told her to pack up and go I went downstairs for the early checkout and the attendant stated i would have to ask for a refund through expedia which they informed me today via email that the manager denied my request. Terrible!!!

The rooms were very dirty. There was hair all over the beds and in the bathrooms, and the bed sheets were stained and appeared unclean. The staff was unfriendly and provided poor customer service throughout my stay. The biggest disappointment was the pool it wasn’t working, which was the main reason I chose to book this hotel in the first place. Overall, I had a very disappointing experience and would not recommend staying here.

AC wasn't working there was no shampoo or soap to take a shower it's not worth it

The room wasn't especially clean , several of the lights flickered but didint work.. the pool looked like a toilet .. they put out one pot of coffee in the morning and that’s it ..I had a double room and luckily that third pillow I stole from the other bed made the plywood under the foam mattress more tolerable .. for $78 there was no microwave or refrigerator..

I can not say enough about the amazing staff! Thank you for being so awesome!!! A++++

It serve it purpose to just spend one night on a emgerency

Cons: Most of the vending machines were out of order and sold expired food and beverages. When I went to go vend a snack and a soda for my pregnant wife, both chips and Fanta were expired from 2025 and were inedible. COCKROACH GALORE! Way too many cockroaches. Constantly having to brush them off and step on them or grab them with a tissue off the walls. Pillows were super uncomfortable and VERY flat. Homeless individuals were constantly around the hotel. Rooms had no room service tags so the garbage piled up throughout the stay and the only way that the garbage would be picked up was if you notified a staff member. Overall this is a good few nights stay but not a great place to stay for a week long vacation.

Everything was good expect the devices and locks on the doors. They seem old and need an upgrade. The side doors to enter the building do not all work.

The hotel offers coffee free for people staying there. The only minus was that coffee was scarce. Only one container that disappeared as soon as it was replenished. Also, the air conditioning window unit was too noisy. Other than that everything was good. Location close to everything we needed. 👌🙂
