Too much humidity

Wifi is terrible, just not updated, just ok, not enjoyable at all!!!

Very slow Wifi, needed it. Property needs a a little upgrade, not as clean as I would have liked! Pricey for the condition!

This place was very terrible dirty smelly sheets dirty roaches hairs all over the place. Fleas on bed not a good place crackheads all around the hotel. Do not rent this place no refund not even an I’m sorry the desk lady was a smart ass

Hallway had a cigarette smell and no ice machine at the hotel.

The rooms were so humid. people were outside getting drunk, I did not feel safe

I saw a roach, the toilet didnt flush correctly, and the sheets had holes on them and they were scratchy. On the plus side i was only there 6 hrs!

Rooms are a disgrace

Needs a major overhaul sink that was missing a valve and the fridge had dents and chips all over the bottom also the room smelled like raid.

Nothing at all My stay at Woodspring was very disappointing from the moment I arrived. The front desk agent took about 30 minutes just to check us in. After we finally received our room keys, one of the room doors wouldn’t open. My son had to go back downstairs so the key could be reprogrammed, but when we tried again, the door still wouldn’t open. We had to make another trip to the front desk before we were finally moved to a different room on the second floor. I had reserved two rooms, but when I entered my room, I noticed it had a queen bed instead of what I had expected. The hotel itself is old and looks worn down. Overall, the check-in process was frustrating, the room issues were inconvenient, and the condition of the property did not meet my expectations. Unfortunately, this was not a pleasant stay, and I would not choose to stay here again.

However, the sink in the bathroom was clogged (the water would eventually go down but it would take about 5 min) and the shower had a few too many mold trails. As for the staff, I dealt with a guy who gave me sarcasm and attitude (not sure about his name, but he had a buzz cut, and a New England Patriots tattoo on his forearm). I asked for an invoice receipt and he refused time and time again. The refusal wasn't the problem, it was the attitude he gave, completely uncouth and unprofessional.

There was a smell that made my head start to hurt after like 10 minutes, the mattress was soo firm hard to lay on, the cabinets were broken on the room we tried to stay at, didn’t even stay there tried checking out around 12am cause they said that guest checkout/checkin was available anytime, would now recommend

Elevator kept getting stuck or wouldn’t work at all. Beds were hard, hotel overall had an old smell to it. No breakfast or pool.

Everything at this location was horrible, sheets smelled bad, restroom wouldn’t flush and bed smelled The whole experience

Staff was great and helpful. The room was overall clean and nice. A few things, the bed was very wobbly, the bathroom door did not fully close or lock and the table in the room was wobbly was well. Not the biggest deals just thought it was weird but overall we enjoyed our stay.

One of the rooms that i paid for had a sleeper sofa instead of the second bed....it was not the same. There was no pillow ...sheets or covers for it and very uncomfortable...
