This was not a fun stay. The worst Holiday Express visit I have experienced. The elevator was not working and the only double room available was on the third floor. The pool was very dirty. The gym was horrible with broken machines and ants. There was no water pressure in the shower, the bathroom sink was clogged and the rugs were stained and dirty. The breakfast was good however they refused to make more food after 9:45 and the place was full of hungry people.

Water was not draining in bathroom, elevator not working. Cold water for drinking not available.

Rooms are not that clean and bathroom not good

The elevator wasn’t working and i was on the third floor thats was the only bad experience i had in the stay

Not the expected quality of your typical Holiday Inn Express. Bugs in the kitchen area, mildew smell, broken exterior hallway door, uncomfortable bed, room damage and a struggling air conditioner.

Room was clean. Bed was comfy. Staff was nice. The humidity inside the room was almost unbearable but if you higher the ac it gets better but then it's super cold.

I had to travel again and decided to give them a second chance. This time, the shower was still dingy, and black mold was worse. When I checked in, I was too tired to pay attention to anything else. The next morning, I woke up to find either aunts or some kind of bugs all over my stuff on top of the counter. The room was just not up to standards. The room per night was not inexpensive, and I felt like I had stayed in a low-end hotel. We were able to call Expedia to help us cancel the second night. I felt so disgusted that I couldn’t even take a shower before I left. The hotel needs major updates and better cleaning.

Estaba limpio en cuarto pero no tenía focos las lámparas o no funcionaban y la alberca estaba muy pero muy sucia

Overall it was ok but they did leave a few things behind of trash in the room and the mini fridge inside with old drinks. Made me feel like i couldn’t trust that the room was actually clean.

Very Good

It wasn't completely terrible however, that was the scariest shower I have ever seen. We only stayed one night there before our short trip back and decided to skip the morning shower. We will probably not return to this Holiday In express. I have had good experiences at others.

Breakfast was so dry and crusty .. no milk available for cereal or yogurts

The room we stayed in was damp, had dirty carpets, and smelled of mildew.

Location Rug was stained, Ants in restroom, low quality towels, for the low quality of the room the price should have been under $100 per night. I paid $140.
