To start off, I had a non-working blow dryer. The lights in my room were constantly flickering. Which led me to sit in the dark most of the time. I also only used 2/3 nights and was even let know I would NOT be receiving a refund for the night I didn’t stay. I even left within 24 hours of the night I expected a refund for. I also didn’t appreciate the breakfast. It was waffles and cereal. Nothing else. I asked for a callback from the manager on duty. Which I never got. Wouldn’t waste your money or time with this place. They don’t care.

My wife and I were awakened by the host at 2:30am saying we were in the wrong room! Very disturbing!!

That it was in a good location close to the freeway It smelled hummed, it looked like the AC was leaking water on to the carpet

The check in was easy The noise was awful throughout the night. A dryer was going that sounded like someone through a roll of quarters in.

The lock on our hotel door did not work, the lock on the outside of the hotel did not work either. Anyone could have came in at any time, it was not secure at all. The sink sprayed water everywhere, and the shower was dirty.

Room was not cleaned even when we were told they would be back. Blow dryer and phone were broken. Room next to elevator could not sleep due to the noise from people coming and going at all hours of the night. AC was not working properly. Continental breakfast is only waffles and cereal. Not much selection Pool area was unattended so there were about 20 unsupervised kids which kept diving in small shallow pool at one point about 15 of them ran and jumped in together which was not only dangerous for us in there but the unsupervised kids.

My room was clean. The breakfast looked ok but not a lot of variety, waffles, cereal. Pool is small but looked clean.
