Texas Inn Brownsville by Hotel O

Sheets were not clean. Sheets are not breathable fabrics and the area is very humid. Our room had no fridge or microwave. Asked housekeeping twice for towels and never got them. Room smelled like mold and had black mold stains on ceiling. Bathroom walls had hair on them. Hotel is next to a very loud bar that is open until 2am on weekends. Doors closing in rooms around us were loud and constantly woke us up. I wasn’t expecting a palace but even the very bare minimum is not met here.

It was ok for money. There is a bar in the parking lots and a taco truck as well. Both stayed open very late and music was loud.

Staff were wonderful, rooms were up-kept better than most hotels with only minor maintenance improvements recommended. Unfortunately No breakfast and the beds have a metal frame that sounds like a drum every time you move.

It was cheap The room has a odor like a old wet cloth, and the bed make the sound like weke..weke..weke! Every time I try to fix my self to sleep

I did like the location where the hotel is at in the bathrooms were clean The staff was rude the hotel was empty and they still couldn't help you I travel with 11 year old down syndrome my daughter so we asked for a room away from other people and they put us next to this young couple who are having sex all night I asked if we can have another room since the hotel was empty they said no all they can do is tell the other people to be quiet in the morning I let them know what happened and they said it was my fault next time I booked for a better room

The office people were polite and helpful. The air conditioner worked great. I didn't like how the bathroom smelled like mildew. It seemed like If you have a pet they give you a dirty room.

The room smelled of tobacco and other unidentifiable scents. I changed rooms and the second smelled even worse.

The AC worked and the room didn’t smell bad! The shower drain was clogged. The floors were nasty, they need to be mopped. The sheets don’t fit the bed.

There was roches and it was dirty it was very bad It was the worse stay ever

I like the parking lot, the room, everything was right according to what was paid . Too much noice from the other rooms that caused I couldn't have a good sleep. I couldn't have a good rest because the noice. You know, is specter that people unload baggages but at the room next to where I was there was a trailer and people were unloading some product and that continued through the night.
