Convince Small parking lot

Well, the room was reserved for 3pm.. it took us maybe 20-25 minutes after 3, to get in... But, when we got to our room, it was Clean, smelled amazing.. and my mother and her little doggy, felt like a home away from home. And it was Super Quiet atmosphere, add in the convenience of parking and breakfast in the morning. It was pure harmony. Thanks

In terms of uniqueness I would say that the colored exterior lights, the art-filled elevators, and the parrot in the lobby are the most striking. Otherwise, it was a very clean and orderly hotel that was perfectly comfortable for my wife and I. Our room also contained a binder with a lot of useful information, including what one should be aware of when it comes to crossing the nearby Canadian border. The nearby neighborhood was also calm and had its fair share of eateries, which made it an excellent overall stay along our vacation route.

Breakfast is quite good. Shower is warm and comfortable. Bed is uncomfortable. Bed sheet is quite dirty.

An easy drive to the Niagara Falls. Paper plates and plastic cutlery at breakfast was a bit off putting.

Always professional staff. Property is great location and always a great experience.

Very clean, pleasant staff! Beautiful location, conveniently walkable to our concert at Kleinhans Music Hall and to historic downtown for a walking tour the next day. Lots of choices in the area for dinner and coffee and shops. Free parking. Loved every part of our stay

Friendly staff comfortable accommodations and best breakfeast

Modern hotel in a great location within walking distance to many restaurants in Allentown neighborhood. Close to downtown and Elmwood Village areas as well. The free breakfast was pretty good, with some hot food options as well as the usual waffles, toast, and cereal. We didn't care for the setup of the King bedroom. The bathroom sink is practically in the middle of the main room, not the bathroom. The Double Queen room we stayed in previously had a better layout.

I was surprised by the service and the breakfast they offer; the staff were very attentive!

Perfect one night stop Nothing

Property was at good location and breakfast was good. Room service is very poor. They don’t clean room everyday. Also the bathroom door lock was not working and bathroom was compact.
