Best Western on the Avenue

Easy to get to, breakfast had lots of options!

I didn't run into any major issues but did experience some minor inconveniences. The toilet seemed to want to run at random times day and night, it also required holding down the handle to flush properly. Also, when I got water from the sink, I could hear the pipes above me rattling. This room did not have a microwave while the room from my previous stay did. There is a microwave available on the 1st floor though. Overall, a very pleasant stay. I always look forward to breakfast when I stay here.

The hotel is an older, well kept building in the old downtown area. The room was clean, the beds comfortable. There are some really good restaurants nearby. The breakfast was perhaps one of the best that we have encountered in a hotel and we have had many, many hotel stays. We would stay here again if in the area.

Easy location and great service. The hotel was decently clean. They had a pretty small parking lot that would fill up quickly and only one elevator so you’d sometimes have to wait. The staff was very nice and accommodating and the kids loved Simba!

I come to Buffalo for live music quite often. This is now my go-to hotel for easy walking access to the downtown venues. There is easy parking, fridge for drinks, comfortable bedding, a great shower and a great breakfast. The staff is awesome – super friendly & helpful. This makes the shows in Buffalo a win , win fun time and no hesitation to come back.

Several restaurants within walking distance of 5 minutes or less, ask the front desk for their recommendations. Free parking. We stayed here after a day of visiting Niagra Falls.

Pros + Breakfast is simple but very good + Parking is free and appears to be monitored + My room was relatively quiet aside from the a/c, YMMV Cons - No shower curtain so water sprays all over the nearby floor - Very loud cooling system - One elevator for everyone that is a little slow Mixed • Having the sink separate from the bathroom is both amazing and terrible

Price wise tbh at hotel is great as well. The room was clean, well organized and spacious for two guests. Recommend this hotel to everyone who visits Buffalo.

The gentleman at the front desk was very friendly and helpful with dinner ideas. The room was clean and cool, and the staff were all friendly and helpful. Breakfast was fantastic. I will definitely return here in the future.

The hotel is in a good location but it is very outdated. It is close to several dining options and provides free parking. However, the room is very small and old. The AC was extremely loud in the summer if it is needed. The bathroom is also very cramped. The whole hotel feels like that it has not been updated for decades.
